Gastone stood there, taken aback. His mouth agape, yet no words managed to escape.
"I feel that Lucia isn't that attracted to me. She's merely being polite because my mother is her client," Daniel mused, rubbing his chin thoughtfully as he reclined, lost in deep thought.
Gastone coughed lightly to clear his throat. "In what way should I help you?" he inquired, his confusion evident in his voice.
"Well, it's quite obvious that many women are interested in you, perhaps even with intentions of ending up in your bed," Daniel hinted with a chuckle. He had noticed countless women flirting with Gastone, though he never seemed to acknowledge their advances.
Gastone's presence was one of the reasons why the restaurant was always packed with female customers, in addition to the delicious and flavorful dishes served.
"Heh, it seems women are drawn to you even more, Daniel," Gastone quipped with a fake smile, reciprocating the compliment.
