"I feared that if it may be true then I might lose you forever. There was this little glimpse of hope for me but I shut it out completely, forcing myself down on my grounds so I do not make it harder for you anymore than it already was... Considering how devastating my family can be." David explains.
"I was a coward to be with you." Sabrina begins spilling her thoughts. "I was scared of your family. I was scared that you'd be stuck to catch your life's success because of me. I was afraid that you would leave me because of who you are." Tears were at the brink of her eyes but Sabrina blinks them back.
"If you hadn't rejected me I wouldn't have realized your worth. Maybe it was the best for both of us. The most important thing is we found our way back together." David pulls her chin up and inches his face closer to hers.
Sabrina closed her eyes and inhales his scent that was a mixture of his cologne and sea. "Together." She murmurs against his lips.
