Dream World

'The hell with him!' I madly stated as I look at the direction where that arrogant guy gone to.

"Shit! Damn you!" I madly shouted this time.

"Who are you referring to?"

"Dione!"

"Hey! You seem to see a ghost!" she joked and laughed.

"I think I am." 'Because I see another man that looks like Chadd although his attitude is really different from the Chadd that I know,' I silently added to myself.

"Seriously, Jeanne! Don't joke on me!"

"Whether you believe me or not, it's up to you, okay." I said. "Now, I have to go home. See you tomorrow." I quickly added as my body from my waking life begins to wake up and before I heard her answer.

My eye open and now I'm staring at the ceiling of my room.

'Who is that guy that looks like Chadd?'

Junior and Senior High School

"Chadd!" I immediately run towards him and unlike yesterday, I will not going to avoid him today.

"You're not going to avoid me today?" He sadly asked and it breaks my heart because I can see through his face how sad and hurt he is.

"I'm sorry but I have my reason and I can explain it to you after you answer my question."

Chadd seriously looks at me before he gave up a deep sighed. "I don't know why I can't be angry with you even though you hurt me yesterday. However, here you are and already apologize to me so, okay! Tell me what is it and I'll accept whatever explanation you will give me."

"Okay! Good! Let's go at the school park."

I'm staring at Chadd longer enough that he looks awkward already.

"Stop staring at me! Did you miss me so much that you can only look at me like that?"

'Oh, God thank you because he is the Chadd that I know rather than that arrogant guy that I met in my dream.'

"Of course I miss you and I am so, so sorry because I ignore you yesterday. I really didn't mean it but I can't help but to avoid you yesterday since that I'm not ready yet to face you."

"Why? Did I do something wrong to you?" he worriedly asked.

"No! Of course not! I am the one who is guilty of you."

"I don't think so."

"Huh?"

"As far as I remember, you're reaction yesterday tells me everything. You're scared of me."

Honestly speaking, he was right. I am scared of him and I don't think I can keep it to him. "The truth, yes I am scared of you because last time, I dreamed of you and you hurt me physically that I couldn't just forget when I wake up." I honestly told him the real reason.

"Is that why you avoided me?"

"Yes, even though I shouldn't but I did. I'm kind of---"

"No need to explain, I've already seen it yesterday, the fear was written all over your face. That is why I truly understand what you mean."

"But it just a dream!" I justified my own reason. "So, I'm not supposed to feel scared of you."

"Yet you did."

"And I'm guilty about it."

"You've already said sorry and that's enough. Now, why you decided to talk to me?"

"I wanted to ask if you really don't have any siblings or a twin perhaps that you don't mention, do you?"

Chadd is an only child and it's a bit weird that I'm asking him about this because we've been friend since elementary school and our parents know each other so I've known him well since then. Although I still asked him just to confirm that he is an only child.

"You know my family me too well, so why are you asking me about that? Is this about another dream?"

'Another dream? Or rather another you in my dream,' I wanted to say it to him yet I'm not sure if he will believe me.

"What?" his question cut off of my thoughts.

"Sorry. I don't know if you'll going to believe me but, I saw another you in my dream." I finally said it even though I feel ashamed still, I have to ask it because I wanted to know if it's just a dream or not. Though to my surprised he suddenly laughs out loud and I don't know what I should say.

"Sorry if I laugh but it's really a funny thing, Anne. Another me in your dream?! That's kind of weird, and as I told you before, maybe you're just thinking too much of me that's why I'm always in your fantasies."

"Shut up! I didn't even fantasizing you so stop whatever you're thinking!"

"I'm not thinking of anything." He said and shrugged.

I hissed and closed my eyes tightly before opening it. "Okay! I think I mislead my thoughts when I decided to tell you about that!" I irritably answered him and before he could reply our school bell ring and I got the excuse to escape from him.

I look at the horizon and just staring on it blankly. I don't know what else I can think. I heave a deep sighed when something caught my eyes. I hurriedly stand up and run towards that person who I recognize even from afar.

"Wait!" I block his way as soon as I reached him.

"What the hell! You again!" he scolded.

"Estás siendo grosera!" I shouted back.

"Entonces deja de jugar conmigo!"

'Oh, I forgot that he can speak Spanish and I hate it when he rudely answered me!' I glared at him and almost wanted to crash him down.

He shakes his head abruptly before passing me although I still catch up on him.

"You can read my mind?"

"Loud and clear." He straightly answered. "Now, can I go?"

"What's your name?!" I hurriedly asked him before he could get away from me.

"It's none of your business!" he answered and left me speechless.
