Chapter 9(A moment of peace)

Jacob: Alright everyone, our team has grown to unexpected standards. We could be a whole, um, house's worth of people now! But as I realized, all we've done is fight and fight. Our lives are always on the line, with everyone and almost every adventure any of us have had puts us face to face with death. We are all people, regardless of our beliefs or powers. We all need time to relax. So, I've decided that we will go to the worlds we have visited and thoroughly explore them as well as the worlds of our allies. This time with hopefully no interruptions that require fighting. Of course, some issues may pop up, but it's our obligation as people with power to solve those problems, even the smallest things.

Sonya: So, we're just adventuring. I thought we were going to go for a threat.

Cion: We haven't fought at all, we haven't been exhausted. It would make no sense.

Contour: Hey, hey, relax. Think about it. Finding the origins of our allies and exploring them may help us get more close to them.

Sonya: It would also lead to closer teamwork and integration into the team the more we are around the team.

Cion: Fine. I'd be happy to see the world of these... how do I say this... nevermind, best to keep it to myself.

Alexander: What the Heck does that mean?

Jacob: Alright, alright, let's not slash at each other. Our first order is to head to the All-Verse.

Cion: What are we supposedly going to fight for? I have no problem with it but.

Alexander: Everything.

Jacob: Perseverance, take us.

[No response]

Jacob: Perseverance? Ehh, hold on, really quickly. Something's wrong.

[Jacob walks behind a nearby tree and enters the mindscape]

Jacob: Wha... Hello? Hello?

UNKNOWN: So, you've realized you don't have access to them anymore.

Jacob: Hate.

[HATE:]

We are still in control. You cling on to your determination. You know, secretly, that your body and mind can't handle so much. You're breaking at the seams. Sooner or later, you'll crack into something of a berserk. I will take control. I will ensure everything is lost. Yet, you still refuse to use your power to use us why?!

[No response]

Hate: Why can't you answer that? I can feel your weakness and your anger. It's wonderful. Wait, what?

[Suddenly, a massive explosion occurred from where Jacob was. The light and red enveloped the plain, pushing back the darkness and letting the white light seep through as the souls began to appear one by one]

Jacob: You think you're going to break my determination? It's my love, not my determination, my care for everyone on this team that keeps me going. You're not much of a smart one, are you? Especially for existing since the beginning of the All-Verse. What? you saw me do the research... you thought I wouldn't try to keep info on you, no matter what power you have. Know this, Hate, you will never pick us down.

JUSTICE: That's about right!

PERSEVERANCE: With Jacob, we will see through it!

[Jacob exits the mindscape]

Jacob: Sorry, I'm back now. How about we head out and explore our worlds, huh? First up is the one known as "realminism" A place of hopes and dreams. Chandra, how about you explain the story of this world?

Chandra: I'm so happy to be here. Well, everyone, if you hadn't heard of the thing known as "Games" Basically, it's had so much creation put into it, other creations began to pop up. Multiple timelines of story's began to branch out and form, some wacky, some sad, some serious, and just straight up dreams. Now, of course, I thought it was only me, even though I knew there was some kind of life beyond my story and timeline. Most of my friends know this, such as your ally Imrage. Here, we are aware that we aren't the only ones of us to exist or from our time line to.

[Chandra:] So my story is i was born into a world some born with powers some not the majority not born with powers but those with were hoped to solve a lot of societies portable so we did however one day our people decided to declare war on u s making an oath to never use our powers against our own people we left the central area and lived on the outskirts secretly we call it oak town you'll learn more as we go.

Jacob: Alright, go ahead and take us.

[Perseverance summons a portal]

Imrage: Here we are, it's my world. Heya! Of course, my friend is probably worried sick about me. Haven't talked to him since I learned about the timelines from, uhh, how about we don't talk about that, eh? So what do we call this jacob? Other worlds universes? 

Jacob: Uhhh, I haven't given it any thought. I suppose, AHH!

[The souls exit]

PERSEVERANCE: I've gained knowledge through this. I know they are known as separate creations. Each game is its own individual creation with its own Omniverse? Still trying to read in on this…. Very exciting regardless!

Jacob: You know, that really hurts, right? You can't just push out of OUCH. Seriously and now youre talking about nevermind i'll understand later ? What the Heck is this place…

[Perseverance returns]

Imrage: Anyways, there's stuff to explore. Welcome to the oakified Forest, pretty relaxing because it's the only thing to do around this forest unless we continue on this path.

Alexander: So, this is where the comedic cloak man comes from, huh?

[Sonya slaps Alexander on the head]

Sonya: Have some decency, just call him by his name, as what was it, Imrage?

Alexander: Yeah, whatever.

Terence: Well, I'm enjoying myself. It reminds me of home. It always had some oak forest that it had to the side a lot back in our home world, the one that we lost, but that was years ago.

Cion: Everything looks so different here. What is this? Why is that person in armor?!

Alexander: An attacker!

Imrage: Wait, no, don't hit it! You'll regret it!

[The person is approached but runs into a pile of leaves. A huge armored tree is summoned from the snow, the armor larger than the one it was in]

Alexander: Nevermind, I was joking.

[The armor conceded back into a small form]

Imrage : Here we are, Oakified Town!

Chandra: It looks pretty cozy

Imrage: So, I've gotta tell you the truth from here. I'm not original here, just a quick telling to you guys. A man who speaks in hands, a strange thing. As I laid in my timeline, I had a dream to warn a person who would appear in "Undertale." I felt the urge to do it, so I'm not original at all, neither is this time area. Like the purple one said, that makes this an Individual creation, a branch of Games. Even still, nothing has changed much besides that. Same locations, same story, same people. We should head to the nearby cabin and my friend should be in there.. 

[The team enters the house]

Jacob: Oh, wow, this is something. Gotta admit, it's been a while since we've seen an actual house that's not destroyed or that hasn't been touched by an attack or been near one

Unknown: Imrage, you imbecile! Where were you? We've been looking for you, and so have I! What, did you sleep too long again? And pick up your trash!

Imrage: Okay.

Intami: Now, take it to the can.

[Imrage places it on a soda can]

Unknown: Imrage! WE HAVE GUESTS, YOU SEE, AND YOU CAN'T EVEN PICK UP YOUR TRASH!

Unknown: Sorry, he's a bit of a lazy person. Come on, try a bite of my food. It's been frozen for a week straight! Nice and fresh!

Jacob: Well, how bad can it be?

[Jacob approaches the spaghetti and stabs a fork into meatloaf that breaks into the thick layer of ice]

Jacob: Huh?

ALEXANDER: I've got this one.

[Alexander raises his sword and points the tip towards the spaghetti]

[Suddenly, a massive burst of fire erupts from the sword and towards the tip. A focused blast of fire chars the spaghetti and the plate]

Alexander: Well, I think that I burnt it.

Intami: No one can cook better than Intami. Let me taste this. OH MY! Imrage! You've never told me you had friends with such culinary mastery?! It's like snow meets dirt! Like fire!

Jacob: That's ash…

Intasemi: I think you and I are going to get along well, good friends.

Alexander: See? Someone who appreciates… Jacob.

Jacob: What did I do?

Terence: Well, I could count a lot of things that you've not actually been completely appreciative of, to be honest with you.

Imrage: Alright, well, how about you meet our friend ?Yuirai She's a bit too much.. about new people, but she can get herself around it.

Sonya: What do you mean? 

Imrage: well she's not much to be well introduce people she's very "mindful" Of her surroundings

Alexander: Do you always make jokes like mind jokes! That's enough, I'm about done with you! 

Imrage: i guess you're not that "open minded" 

*alexander slashes forward but imrage just continued to dodge chandra ran after them* 

Chandra: FOR THE LOVE OF THE WRITER CAN YOU GUYS STOP RUINING THE LANDSCAPE!

Jacob: It's been so serious. This is why relaxation is so worth it. The team finally can get used to a reality without the theory of Dr. Howard, without knowing their world could disappear with a single touch or even a thought. They fight for their lives and others, and this is a reminder that the happiness they will have after this adventure can be truly saved.

Paradox: Ouch, ouch, why does it hurt?!

Terence: He's on fire! HE'S ON FIRE!

Jacob: Dang it, someone put it out!

Cion: I've got this. [Cion begins to dash around, creating a massive wind gust]

Sonya: No, stop! You'll tear the roof of this place right to shreds!

[The wind gets more aggressive. The fire enters the massive whirlwind of wind and lights the kitchen on fire. The team exits the burning house]

Intami: Well, that's something.

Imrage: Uh, head to the local restaurant you know, Ron, see what he can do.

Intami: But of course! Nothing the great Intami can't come back from!

Jacob: He's great!

Imrage: Anyways, let's head to this waterfall.

Jacob: This is a dark place. Where are we?

Imrage: I still don't know much about it, but it seems to be under a mountain, collecting its water, recurring like it seeps through the cave. Walk with me and stand on this end of the wood. Jacob, cut this wood really quickly; it'll make us fall, but not too hard.

Jacob: Alright, if you say so… [Jacob swings his sword up and slashes down, causing an explosion and cutting the wood in half, making the whole team fall to the bottom]

Jacob: These are some nice rocks they glow , and the fact that I'm being crushed by everyone. PLEASE GET OFF!

Alexander: Ouch.

Sonya: Rather unpleasant.

Imrage: Anyways, move up. [The team went up; small piles of trash were seen as they walked through 

Imrage: Just come up with me. [The team walked through and encountered three ways of entry and exit]

Imrage: I'd like to introduce you to my friend,Shyness ! He's a fan of music and doesn't talk much, but that's his own thing honestly i don't know much about him if i'm being completely honest

Imrage: Heya, Shy , I'd like to introduce you to some pals I've met.

Shyness: Ohh, I'm a spooky!

Alexander: Yeah, good try there.

Terence: Yeah, maybe. Ouch, the act isn't working out.

Shyness: Ohhh, I'm disappearing…

Imrage: And well, that's him. Anyways, let's get going. I'd like to introduce you to a food we call Swamp like berrsy or treeteatruetee! 

Old man: Hahahaha, nice to meet you again, Imrage. It seems you've brought some friends too! Tell them they can get one thing at the shop!

Imrage: Well, pick.

Oscar:Swamp like berrsy sounds interesting. Let me get that.

Jacob: tree tea true tea!

Contour: I'd also have some tree tea true tea.

Alexander: Give me the notebook so I can use it as a throwing book.

Sonya: tree tea true tea sounds delightful.

Cion:Swamp likes berrsy.

Terence: Yikes, Cion. Have some energy… Get me tree tea, true tea.

Joshua: I would actually be very fond of tree tea true tea, but on the other hand, Swamp like berry sounds really good. In that case, get a crab apple!

Paradox: No, no, no, no, no need! So much, it's too much! Hehehehehehehe.

Turtle: Now that's something.

Robert: I don't need it. I rely on the energy around me.

Jacob: Now that's cool. Anyways, let's keep going along.

Imrage: Follow along now, we gotta get through some high-level stuff soon.

Terence: Is it a threatening puzzle?

Oscar: Something that will challenge us to our wits.

Imrage: Nope, it's a rock and lights!

Alexander: Lame.

[Imrage leads the team through an area filled with rocks as he steps on each one, a path of light appears. They continue their journey and find a corridor filled with light. They move up, and there's a line of rocks in a row and lights that fill the sky.]

Sonya: Now I can get used to it!

Cion: It's actually kind of mesmerizing.

Contour: Reminds me a bit of our world.

[The team continues to walk through the rocks. They reach a bridge and go over it. Below lay spiked rocks held up by support beams and one massive rock.]

Jacob: Isn't this a tripping hazard?

Imrage: Eh, this bridge is almost never used, plus I don't go down to this area often.

[The team continues to walk over to a mountain where a figure can be seen.]

Alexander: Oh, a threat. Someone to match my strength perhaps?

Imrage: Hey yuna, how's it hanging around?

Yuna: I don't know who these people are, but they need to get past me to continue their journey here.

Imrage: Ah, thanks for the tour. I'm going to sleep now.

Yuna: Send one. If they pass, they win.

Sonya: Send in Contour. Dodging everything will tire her out.

Yuna: Alrighty then, you face me then.

[Contour walks up to her.]

Yuna: I'm going to be the first to attack!

[Yuna lifts her arm and thrusts left and right, but Contour dodges every single strike.]

Yuna: Let me try a bit harder!

[Her spear fist flung around quickly, but Contour continued to dodge.]

Yuna: Fine, I'll go as fast as I can!

[Yuna crosses her fist around with power, but none hit.]

Yuna: You win this one then. I just need to get stronger, that's all!

Contour: No kidding.

Yuna: What did you say?

[Yuna charges her fist backward, thrusting it straight through Contour's stomach. He goes flying back into Jacob's shield.]

Contour: Oww, I wasn't paying attention.

Yuna: Move through then.

Imrage: Thanks for giving them back. I have not slept like that in a long time! Alright then, follow me.

Jacob: Contour, are you ok? Kindness, can you do anything? His stomach seems bad.

(Mindscape)

Kindness: No, I can't. Not now. We are afraid. If we use our powers, it will detect it. You'll see soon. Just keep moving along, okay?

Jacob: Alright, Imrage, lead the way. I'll carry Contour with the patience strings

Alexander: How'd you move your arms so quickly? Those attacks were so fast!

Robert: You've gotta teach me how to move my hands like that.

Yuna: You punks think you can match me . You've got a big wish. Fine, I'll teach ya the ropes!

Imrage: They will be fine, Jacob. Let them do their thing.

Jacob: That's nice.

(Robert and Alexander left behind)

Imrage: We are rapidly approaching the end of this tour. We are going into the lab where you'll meet my good friend Agni! I think Sonya and Paradox will be very fond of her work and... um... likings... Anyways, let's continue.

[The team continued their way to the lab meeting the upcoming person.]

Imrage: Agni!

Agni: OH oh what, you actually are Whatttt? No way, no way, I didn't even clean up or anything! Why didn't you say something before then, huh?

Sonya: What are all these electronics?

Agni: My inventions and works!

Sonya: This is intricate stuff. I may have knowledge of other ways things are created using different things, and this kind of technology I've never seen. You have to let me stay and investigate!

Agni: Of course!

Paradox: Creation, creation, MORE TO CREATE, MORE CHAOS HEUHEUHEUHEU!

Agni: And I guess you can stay as well if you want.

(Sonya and Paradox left behind)

Jacob: Alright then, wait, do you hear that?

[Loud steps can be heard as the wall is smashed through as a whole stage and camera crew march through]

Imrage: It's you, interviewer!

Interviewer: It's me, folks, welcome to our show. I must interview you, an exclusive interview. The people will love this! Random friends of imrage visiting our world what secrets do they hold OO I CAAN SEE THE RATINGS Tell me, what are you to these people?

Jacob: I, uh, I suppose...

Joshua: He's not important. I'm the real MVP!

Terence: Pfft, as if. Come on!

Joshua: No, I am!!

[Joshua and Terence left to interview]

Jacob: Well, at least they are enjoying themselves, I guess, and are joining and exploring, right?

Imrage: Yes, of course, that's why we brought them here anyways, right? Let's continue.

Imrage: Just us, huh, Oscar, you, Cion, Chandra, and me. Five of us left.

[The team continued to an elevator leading up to a house in a gray area.]

Chandra: It's a home. So cool. It looks so desolate and abandoned compared to others . I'm staying here.

Oscar: I'm going to stay too. I'm tired and need relaxation.

Cion: To be honest, yep, I'm staying here.

Jacob: Well, great, just us then, huh?

Imrage: You're correct, but of course, I think we'll be okay. Next meeting is for you to meet our leader, the Summoned. Very little people know him, though.

Imrage: Anyways, let's move along then!

[The duo continued to walk down a path. From there, the old city could be seen desolate and abandoned, barely visible if it was populated or not.]

Imrage: We are going to walk through this place right now, the Hall. I'm not quite sure yet what its real main purpose is, but the summoned has yet to tell me. That's his name, by the way. But I guess you can wonder about hid name.

Jacob: Interesting. Also, 

Imrage: Summoned!

Summoned: Imrage, it's you. How is your adventure? How'd it go?

Imrage: Well, I'm still on it. I'm surprised, but turns out it wasn't just one threat, but a whole conglomerate of really, really big ones. Sucks though because I lost one to one of them.

Summoned: I see. What about Paradox, Imrage? Ever since you somehow became timeline aware and told me about it, you said you've gained new consciousness like a clone of you.

Imrage: He was also unfortunate because he helped us win a hard fight. It was a fight between me and some time stopper named Kuyo. We couldn't do much until Paradox Imrage arrived, but he lost his life in the process of that fight, which was one of the worst parts about it. But we do have new friends, and I would like you to meet the leader of their team named Jacob. He strives to be the best he can be.

[Jacob walks in.]

Summoned: I know that feeling from anywhere. They are hiding . They feel different, and I have my pair, but I need one more, and you're not going to be the one to stop me!

[Suddenly, Summoned summons a massive glove on his hand, throwing it and calling it back as it begins to blaze. A massive fireball shoots straight towards Jacob. Kindness' shield appears. Jacob lifts his shield to block the attack. A massive crack can be heard.]

Summoned: After so long, I've found them!

Imrage: Summoned, stop!

[The fire in Summoned's eyes calms down as he looks at Imrage, who has a worried expression on his face.]

Summoned: Okay, okay, sorry, .

Jacob: It's okay. [He cracked the shield of Kindness into a shatter, just small shatter one too much though, Darn gotta worry about him.]

Summoned: Well, Imrage and Jacob, would you like a cup of water?

Jacob: Yes, actually.

Imrage: Of course, but got any food to pair that up with?

Summoned: No, sorry, Imrage.

Imrage: But I put a lot of thought into it, not enough BRAINFOOD.

Summoned: You always know how to keep a mood up! Alright then, I'll serve some water. [Jacob gets tea from Summoned, and drinks it.]

Jacob: This is actually good!

Summoned: It's tea. You can always make friends over a cup of tea. ( in some cases)

Jacob: Well, I'm glad to have met you!

Summoned: The same here.

Jacob: Alright, Imrage, let's go.

Imrage: Alright then.

[The team walks through their adventure, staring up into the skies and surroundings for one of the last times until their adventures in a different place are called again. They move along until they catch up to every team member.]

Jacob: Wonderful world, Imrage, but now it's time to explore another one let us now brace ourselves for the next adventure!
