To another universe
Screw this universe, fate is a bitch.
'System, can I go to another universe now?'
[Yes, you can always choose to leave the universe and travel to the next]
'ok, but how do I go to another universe?'
[You could open a portal yourself, or request me to open one for you]
I don't know how to open a portal to another universe though, guess I'll just have to ask the system to do it.
'System, can you take me to another universe now?'
[Yes I can, which universe would you like to go to?]
Huh, I probably should have though of that before hand. My best bet is somewhere I could learn magic or some kind of mind or soul related ability, but also a universe that I know the history of.
'System, can you just pick a universe that fits my criteria, please?'
[Ok, criteria selected, universe chosen. Would you me to open the portal now?]
Guess I'll find out what universe it is once I get there.
'Open the portal'
After I said that, time seemed to stop around me, and a doorway like portal opened in front of me.
I walk into the portal and feel the space around me shift, then I appear in a forest. The forest around me had weird a collection or rocks, that were covered in moss. The trees were serval different types, looking like oak, ash, yew, beech, and lime.
What should I do now, I'm in a random universe, and I need to find out which one I'm in.
So I use some space control to see if there is anything in the surroundings, and I find.out that the forest ends not too far from me, and opens up to a field. So I head in that direction.
Once I get to the field, I look in all directions and see nothing but more field and forest. I could just start walking but I don't know where I could end up.
'System, If I stay here for the rest of the day, what is the chance that I'll meet someone who can help me?'
[Absolute]
When then, that decides it. So I sit down under a nearby tree, and watch the path that leads through the field.

It's been 4 hours since I started waiting, and someone has finally appeared. I can see them in the horizon, I can't see clear enough though to determine features or gender.
About 15 minutes later the figure was close enough for me to see their face, it was Merlin.
I don't know whether this is a good this or not, cause the story is kinda dark while still keeping a positive view, usually.
In the next few minutes Merlin is close enough, so I stand up and walk over to the path, I stand there looking towards Merlin as he approaches.
"Can you help me? I have no clue where I am", I say while trying to sound confused, which was easy since I was a bit confused. Though I now knew which universe I was in that alone wouldn't help me find where I am.
"Sure, where are you headed?", Merlin responds.
"I was thinking of going to Camelot, but I don't know which way that is, or even where I am"
"If you're headed to Camelot you can follow me, I'm headed there too"
"Really? Thank you, that would be a great help", I say while wondering how long the yourney to Camelot is supposed to be.
"Oh, let me introduce myself, I am Alfonso", I say smiling after doing a small bow..
"I am Merlin", he responds, of course I already knew that, but I couldn't just say his name, that would be suspicious.
"Why are you going to Camelot, Merlin?", I ask
"My mother is sending me to live with an old friend of hers, I'm hoping to find a purpose in my life", he say seemingly reminiscing about something before asking, "What about you, why are you going to Camelot?
"I think the future will be exciting, and that Camelit will be the center of it, so I wanna be there to experience it", I say smiling.
After our little conversation, I start following Merlin to Camelot. I asked his when we would get to Camelot and he said tomorrow.
That night along the path, we set up a fire and he shared some bread with me. I know that Merlin has magic and that he can't control it, but I wanna be there to help, so I decided to show his some of my "magic", which was in reality elemental manipulation.
I say to him, watch this, then I wave my hand and the smile from the fire morphs into the shape of a tree.
"You have magic?", he ask surprised
"Wether that was magic or not, I will not answer, I simply changed something", I say trying to be mysterious.
"Just like magic or any other power, what I did was neither good or bad, but simply changing things", I say while smiling at my moral lesson.
Since Merlin didn't have another bed roll, I went to sleep leaning against a tree.

We arrived at Camelot the next day. Compared to modern cities it was small. but the castle was very nice looking.
We got to see an execution, and a mother yell at Uther that she would get revenge, a son for a son.
Afterwards we headed to Gaius, where Merlin saved him from a fall using a bit of instinctual magic. Followed by Gaius asking Merlin several questions about where he learned magic, and saying it was impossible when Merlin told him that he has always had magic.
"Gaius, can I stay here?", I ask gaining the attention of Gaius and Merlin who forgot I was here.
"You, do you know about this?", replied Gaius with a question, probably referring to Merlin.
"I do", after my 2 words I wave my hand and the bed moves back to its previous location.
"Gaius, please let me stay, then you could keep an eye out for me, cause I know you wouldn't want a person so young getting killed for such a reason. Besides, Merlin is the only person I know", I say trying to appeal to Gaius' heart, that knows loneliness and death.
"Fine boy, you can stay up there with Merlin", Gaius said while pointing to a door, and he continues, "Merlin, put your bag up there"
I follow Merlin into what will be our bedroom, it's what I expected, kinda small, not well lit, and the only things in there is a bed a side table and table with 2 chair by the window. Gaius brought me a bed to sleep on, I placed it on the other side of the room, which wasn't that far really.
Although not comparable to a modern bed, the straw bed given to me was much better than just leaning against a tree. Though the only reason I sleep is cause I would get bored sitting in bed all night.
