Dark Flames

Seth walked inside the hall and took all of the scrolls that

piqued his interest and found a place to sit down.

He opened one scroll after the other trying to learn how this profound skills are made.

"Hmm, this profound skills are just like devil fruits but rather than consuming it you can learn it by trying to understand it's laws." Seth though and summoned his 3 ablities wind,darkness and death.

"So if I summoned a wind spear then I can name it as a wind profound skill, it really is interesting." He then thought of a crazy idea and tried.

He then took out 2 jade battles of Golden Crow divine blodd then turned it into a Dark Crow divine blood.

After altering it's flame golden flames laws into dark flames laws Seth then absorbed the 20 drops of blood.

Dark flames started forming into his profound veins, he could clearly feel a new power has been aquired by him. It is the same feeling he felt after eating a devil fruit.

When he finished absorbing the blood he raised his hand and black flame appeared, grinning at his achievement Seth tried to transform the flames into different shape but to his disappointment it didn't move. If he wanted to use this in battle all he could do is throw a black fire ball towards the enemy.

He started pondering about a solution when it clicked to him "That's right this is basically a Golden Crow divine blood, then I can also use it's Profound Art."

He then took out the copy of the Golden Crow's Record of the Burning World which he cloned after receiving it from Huo Rulie and gave the other one to Yun Che.

Opening the scroll Seth started reading the Profound Art first so that he will have a deep understanding of it.

Seth didn't realize it but a month already passed by, no one disturbed him because the hall was completely blocked off by the pretty boy Sheng Shiyan after the Devil Queen ordered him not to let anyone disturb Seth.

Inside the hall

Burn marks could be seen everywhere and some scrolls already got burned into pieces.

Seth was laughing maniacally because he finally succeeded in learning the Golden Crow Profound Art and had already revised the complete Profound Art of a Divine being.

While Seth was still celebrating his success he saw Chi Wuyao approaching him with an urgent look on her face.

Seth frowned seeing this and asked "What is it?"

"Master, the 2 king realms are already making their move and dispatched 10 Divine Masters towards the Bright Star Realm in the Eastern Divine Region." Chi Wuyao reported.

Seth was instantly angered and said in a tone so icy that it can make your blood freeze "When did they leave? and why didn't you tell me earlier?"

Chi Wuyao bowed and said "They left 3 days ago and I didn't dare to disturb Master while he is training his profound art."

Seth didn't care anymore and ordered "Prepare all your profound experts because after I return we will swallow those two King Realms for good."

Hearing this Chi Wuyao was visibly excited and nodded. "Chi Wuyao will go and prepare my subordinates and wait for Masters return."

As soon as he finished giving the orders he didn't waste any time and immediately entered his profound arc, good thing that Chi Wuyao is smart and already located the Star Realm's location and refuelled the arc.

He then took off and hope'd that he isn't too late.

Trying to calm his nerves down he took a couple of deep breaths when suddenly a tiny head popped out infront of him.

"Muu~~ Papa is bad! I waited for you for a month and the first thing you did after exiting your training is to leave me again! bad Papa! bad Papa!" Lucy complained while hitting Seth's arm.

Seth smiled wearily seeing this little lass infront of him "How did you get in here?" he asked while caressing her head.

Lucy crossed her arms and pouted "Big Sis Jie Ling brought me here when we found out that you have already finished training."

With a proud look on her face she said "Good thing I have a good foresight and knew you would certainly come here."

Seth laughed and said "Okay, okay. It was Papa's fault for not remembering little Lucy. how about we go explore the Eastern Divine Region and taste their foods."

Lucy was about to nod then shook her head vigorously "No! I don't want to go explore the Divine Region."

Scratching the back of his head Seth asked "So what does little Lucy want?"

Lucy stared at Seth intently and said "I want a Mommy!"

"This.." Seth was at a loss for words hearing Lucy's request.

He thought for a moment then decided to tell the truth about her past "Little Lucy, I wanted to tell you this earlier but you still have a mother and she is still alive."

"Huh? What does Papa mean?" Lucy asked with a confused look on her face.

Taking a deep breath Seth explained "The truth is your parents are the Evil God and The Heaven Smithing Devil Emperor. the Evil God died protecting you and your Mother is trapped inside the primordal realm.

Lucy titled her head and said in a comparably casual tone too casual that it was weird "My Father is you Papa, you are the one who saved me from that dark place and the one who gave me everything I have today. So your are my only Papa in this world."

She then sat on Seth's lap and hugged him tightly.

Seth sighed seeing Lucy's reaction and also hugged her "Don't worry Lucy, Papa won't leave you and you will never have to experience loneliness ever again."

Lucy nodded with tears in her eyes, she then wiped her tears away and asked in a pitiful voice "But Papa when will I meet Mother?"

Seth didn't want to see Lucy get sad again so he said "Soon, you will be able to meet your Mother soon okay?"

Lucy smiled brightly and happily nodded "Yehey! I will get to meet Mama ufufufu!"

Seth watched the little girl dancing around the arc with a happy smile on her face and thought (How the hell can I find a Mother for her? It's not like I can bring her to where Hancock and the others are currently staying.)
