Nolan was sitting quietly at the table. he was looking at the textbook but he had no plan to read it. he was just staring. now he regrets coming here. he cant even stare at teressa instead he has to look at this boring book. but what happened after had him taken this back. he didnt regret coming here at all for this.

Rebecca was watcing tv. not that she had anything planned to watch today but she didnt want to study instead . 

After a long wait, but no good movie upcoming rebecca decided to go upstairs in her room. she waited a while and then who knows out of what thought she started doing her homework. 

When she was done, it was already 11.45. and she felt very tired. so she went to bed. while lying down, she put her phone on charge. suddenly her phone was being flooded with messages. she picked it up and saw nolans message. and then nolan called. "askendisk"

"what?"

"she-"

"she what"

"she held my handejsnuddkd"

"oh, thats very good,very amazing"

"i know right. i cant even process my hand being held by her. like my heart did a thing when our fingers touched. Im so-"

"good for you, good for you."

"i cant even touch anything with my hand anymore. it feels like-"

"yeah i get it. it must be feeling a lot blessed since he held your hand"

"yeah like- wait...what?"

"what"

"he? you just said he"

"uhh?"

"do u even know who im talking about?"

"of course, i do. youre talking about...about ...umm her?"

"are u feeling sleepy?"

"no... im..im...umm..mmm"

"okay. get some sleep." Rebecca fell asleep with her phone in hand. nolan cut the call and went to sleep. but sleep wasnt coming to him at all. he was so mesmerized of the possibilities of being one step further to his crush.

Next day, rebecca was walking thru the hall in the lunch break. she didnt feel like eating so she went to the school yard, sat in a bench lostening to songs. 

She didnt see nolan from the morning. but she does remember what they talked about last night. actually she didnt remember but for these types of incident she always has her call recording on. so she heard it in the morning. she has a little hint of who "she" is. but she didnt want to guess right away.

Suddenly nolan jumped from the back and sat at the bench. rebecca took out her earphones.  "i thought u were not using this hand anymore."

"yeah but ... i was telling you these last night my younger sister heard and shes very mischievous and prankish. so she put whipped cream on my hand while i was sleeping and i woke up with creams all over."

"wow. i dont even wanna imagine."

"yeah like... anyway,why didnt you come to tbe study session last day?"

"becau-... wait? come? you were there?"

"yes. i.mean betty invited me she said you were gonna come too"

"yeah. i did but i.....just didnt wanna go."

"hmm. it feels like you're..."

"im what?"

"nothing"

"complete it", rebecca said frowningly

"You're still not comfortable to tell me that."

"tell you what?"

"that you" //ding ding// the bell rang. nolan found a way to avoid the situation. he ran away saying he had class. but rebecca knew he knows something but she didnt want to guess things. so she let it go by.

After school, nolan wasnt being seen anywhere. today, rebecca was really looking for nolan. it was getting more visible that he was avoiding her. 

Betty suddenly signaled rebecca to come over to that side. she went to talk with her friends along with betty. rebecca saw that teressa was talking to aaron and another person she couldnt see from there. 

Betty called teressa and bid her hi as they walked over to them. they all looked at betty and rebecca. suddenly rebecca realized that nolan was there too. she looked at nolan frowningly. nolan looked at her shocked and scared. then he started running to the other side. 

Rebecca started running behing him. and of course, rebecca had a good stamina so she was easily catching up. nolan wasnt running that slowly either. he was running more fast than the average. rebecca caught hold of him. they were both huffing. "you...you better finish the sentence before i put u in a headlock"

"what sentence? what r u talking about?"

"you dumb-" rebecca quickly grabs his neck and pushes him against a tree. she asks again, "i am what?"

"you're great. amazing. impressive and-"

she puts more force in her hand which is wrapped around his neck. "i what?" she asks again.

"you li-....li-", he couldnt speak properly because of her hand. rebecca let go of it as he was struggling to talk. she looked at him with a "tell me already" look. then nolan said knowing he cant get away with it,

"that you.....you like Aron."
