"Ok, so let's go to cafe."

"why?" asks rebecca with a cuter expression than before while wandering her eyes over the books. "just.. u know.. like hangout."

"Let me find a proper book first, i want to read something. its been a while." with a very confusing look in his face he asks, "Hey, i didnt get a chance to ask you this but what are your grades?"

"since ur not good at judging, average but on the way to progress. "

"ooh, dangerous.... then ill wait for you at the gate." after clearing out what to do next, nolan was walking towards the door and she called him again. "NOLAN!"

"ssshhhhh" he looked back,"we're at the library."

"uhh, just so u know, i found out."

"found out what?"

"Your intention. i dont want you to cling to me just so you could meet her." nolan thinks to himself, is she calling the cafe trip out like this..

"I'll introduce u to her. stop sticking with me. i dont drink coffee." nolan nods his head even though he wanted to clear out his intentions staring at the glass mirror of a bookshelf. nolan walks out.

After buying a famous comic book, rebecca heads out. as soon as she reaches the gate arms wrap around her shoulder and nolan jumps out. "do u think he'd believe it?"

"who?"

"Aron, who else?"

"wh- what?" she startled at the sudden question.

"you see, im not that bad at judging people."

"hmm, if u want to know his true feelings for her, ull need to know if hes jealous or not"

"hey, u dont really have to introduce me to her. i genuinely want to be ur friend. your long leg kick got me whipped already."

"hah, but why?"

"why you?"

"No, why new friends?"

"Im new in this city, just moved last december. not many friends i've made."

"and why me?"

"hmm, u seem much more reliable and fun than others."

"reliable is totally not something i am, fun is what others dont call me. so u'll actually need a lot of patience to stick around me"

"i know,... //deep breath// i know what ive signed up for."

//laughs//  "u make it sound like a contract u signed on."

"whats that? you haven't read that one before?" pointing at the newly bought book he asks. "no, its my first time reading a comic book"

"your embarassing me. this is like my childhood and  ur reading it now."

"thats bcuz its a bestseller, so i bought it. we didnt have.much comic shop back in our town."  while chattering about a lot of different things, they reached the cafe. spending a couple of hours drinking caramel macchiato, nolan finally finished his homework. while rebecca only sat there with the comic book drinking an iced americano.

"whats ur plan after this?"

"going home maybe.."

"no, like when do u do ur homework?"

"around midnight"

"when do u sleep?"

"around 3"

"that explains why ur always late." rebecca closed her book with an intentional sound, looked up and said,"i wake up at 6."

"then why do...anyway, you must be very tired everyday with a 3 hours sleep."

"i sleep until midnight."

"Oh. then why are u drinking coffee if ur gonna sleep right after?"

"i'll sleep after workout."

"oh, thats right, u gotta work out. wh-"

"you ask a question one more time, im taking you to the gym with me." they dont talk anymore as they get up to leave. paying the bill, nolan catches up with her pace quickly since she walked out first. "why did i pay the bill?"

"cuz u were the one to suggest coming here at first."

"oh right. im going this way. which way is ur gym?"

"this"

"thats where our house is, and no gym."

"thats cuz i dont go to gym." she starts walking towards home.  "did u just fool me?then did u lie about ur daily routine too?" nolan hurries up to walk side by side."i think they mixed something in my coffee, i dont remember anything anymore."

"hey, thats not right tho.."  poutingly said nolan.

"hurry up or im leaving without u."  nolan stops again then says in a loud voice which gets oppressed by the sound of rain but still,"Hey.... There can be no 'without me' in ur life anymore"
