It was an accident!

Ivor and I finally shared a bed. Although, there was pillows dividing us .

It was dawn , I woke up only to see Ivors hands around me the pillow barrier was broken . I pretended to sleep back.

In about fifteen minutes, Ivor woke up he was surprised that his hands were around me. He didn't get up immediately, he patted my head and kissed my forehead. He probably thought I was asleep.

I didn't know what to think. He lay my head on a pillow and got off the bed. He went to take a shower. When he was done he opened the curtains.

" rise and shine princess, your powers won't train itself" .

I pretended to just be waking up.

" what time is it? " I asked while faking my yawn.

" it's almost noon" he said.

" ohh no I'll be late to train with Ivan" I said.

" are you that excited to train with him? " Ivor asked.

I shaked my head, smiled and headed to the bathroom.

I smelt jealousy there and it pleased me. Maybe this might be how I find out if he actually likes me because he confuses me a lot.

I came out of the bathroom hoping to have Ivor see me in my towel,but he already left. It was just Lisa there .

" your husband said you should be down in five" Lisa said.

" ohh did he" I said while blushing

" ohh did he" Lisa mimicks.

"Lisa!!!!" and I know what you had Ivor do last night " I said

" didn't you like it my lady?" Lisa asked rhetorically.

I looked at her jokingly angry.

" I know you did....now let's get you dressed, pink or red my lady? " Lisa asked

" I'll go with red Ivor, seems to like red" I said blushing again.

" You've fallen for him my lady...I knew you would " she said.

" absolutely not Lisa,not happening " I said.

Lisa helped me with my dress and escorted me for breakfast or should I call it brunch.

Only Ivor and I happened to be at the table. Everyone must have had theirs. Ivor complimented my dress again.

At least I was getting to know his likes.

" Ivor I brought you your favorite drink" Lyla said as she dropped a glass of banana milkshake near Ivor

" Thanks Lyla" he said.

" thanks Lyla " I mimicked him in my mind.

" Let me chill that for you " I said as I stretched my hand and chilled it with my ice powers.

" thanks Princess....makes it even better " he said.

He called me princess and called Lyla , Lyla. That felt good again .

" Good day boys and girls and Aleera don't eat too much we have sensitivity training today"

" sensitivity training?" I asked

" you'll see soon and Ivor does she ask these much questions? " Ivan said

I rounded up meal and followed Ivan. He took me to the training quarters. It was just a space outside. I thought it was like filled with equipments and all .

" now Aleera vent all your anger inside you with your powers , both water and ice " he said.

" and what if I'm not angry.... because I'm not " I said.

" you must have some hidden anger from your childhood or something " he said.

I closed my eyes and thought of my parents and the childhood I had. I immediately vented out water and ice. I had never vented out that much before.

" Now imagine your self in a battlefield field with rage for your enemies, but you have your men fighting beside you and you know if you vent out your powers with all the rage in you, you might kill your men alongside your enemies what will you do?" Ivan asked.

I stood quiet thinking of what I'll do, I thought of nothing.

" you'll have to find a spot in your energy, find a memory that brings you happiness and peace and see how you'll vent your powers" Ivan said as he stood back

The only happy memory I could think of was Ivor. From our meeting to our wedding till now has been filled with happiness and peace.

I thought of it and I vented my powers. it striked only a particular area, where I wanted it to .

" Good good sis now strike me" Ivan said.

" no no I'm not ready" I said

" you are, now do it think of me as an enemy" he said.

I thought of Ivor again and suddenly I made arrows of water and ice. I was amazed then I started aiming Ivan. He was dodging them and the ice arrows he burnt them. it started becoming fun . I continued aiming till I could no longer control it.

" Aleera calm down" Ivan said.

" I can't, I can't, run Ivan" I shouted.

Ivan started running but not fast , until an ice arrow mistakenly hit him in his chest and another in his leg.

"Ivan!!!!" I shouted.

The arrows stopped and I ran to Ivan . He was bleeding severely.

" what do I do, what do I do Ivan!!!" I cried.

I wanted to try forbidden magic again but Ivan held my hand.

" I know you used it on Ivor but he's stronger than me, I won't survive it" Ivan said.

" but.... but you're bleeding " I said as I cried.

Luckily Ivor ran to us .

" what's happened?" Ivor asked.

He saw Ivan on the floor bleeding. He quickly used his powers to burn the wound. it stopped bleeding. Ivan fainted from the pain. Ivor quickly carried Ivan to the royal clinic.

I just stood there, hating my existence, hating myself.

" what have I done again " I thought.

I quickly ran to see if Ivan was alright. I got to the clinic and Lyla was there .

" you attempted to kill my husband, to punish me for loving yours right....." Lyla said.

She pretended to cry. she doesn't even love him. I tried to explain to her.

" it was an accident Lyla, now allow me to check on him please I beg you " I said

" wait till the kingdom hears what you did to their king and stay away from him and also he's stable for now so you can leave " Lyla said.

" and also what do you think he's father, your father in-law would do when he hears you tried to kill his son, the king of his second kingdom "Lyla said.

" I beg you again Lyla don't misinterpret this to anyone it was an accident, let me speak to Ivor " I said.

" you think he would want to see you after you tried to kill his brother? ..... just leave Aleera " she said

I left the clinic crying. I felt like killing myself. I headed to my room, I had to run away. Lyla was right nobody would believe me.
