This caused a high God to laugh very hard, because it's been a millennium since it had laughed this hard, so it decided to reward him as its entertainment.

In a white room, a boy can be seen in a daze and in front of the boy is a genderless figure. It looks like it's made out of pure energy.

An ancient and majestic voice then sounded throughout this white room.

"Boy, I've decided to reward you as you've made me laugh. It's been a millennium since I had laughed so be grateful."

The boy looked at the figure and thought excitedly.

'Yes, Isekai! I, Akira Tsura, am going to get cheats!!'

"So what are you rewarding me with?"

He said with a tinge of excitement present in his voice.

An ancient and majestic sounded again.

"I'll reward you with…"

A wheel can be heard spinning in the background.

Hearing that sound, the boy thought.

'This God is quite shabby…'

The ancient voice continued.

"I'll reward you with Excalibur from the anime [Fate/Prototype]."

This caused the boy to excitedly think.

'Yes! The God may be shabby, but the rewards given to me are OP.'

The ancient voice sounded one last time.

"You will be randomly teleported to a random world."

Before he had anytime to think or react, he was sucked in a blackhole, and his last thoughts were.

'F*ck You! I wasn't ready.'

On an alleyway in Konoha,

A handsome ikemen with blond hair and emerald-like eyes can be seen dropping out of a portal, with him is a golden sword that exudes a holy light.

As the ikemen wakes up, he looked at his surroundings to check if he's safe.

He then checks his sword. When he saw the 14 seals, he almost cursed because the sword is almost useless.

'Why give me Excalibur proto? I'm not righteous or anything…'

Time passes by and it has been 3 years since the ikemen by the name of Arthur Pendragon has appeared in this world.

He has only focused on training his body and sword.

As Excalibur Proto uses physical energy as a source of power, he trained his body like saitama and even harsher than saitama.

With that, his physique is at the level of Guy-sensei.

His sword level is at the level of most masters.

And he keeps training.

(Arthur Pov)

"Hi, I'm Arthur Pendragon. I want to be Hokage!"

After saying this, Iruka-sensei nodded while Naruto butted in.

"Hey, I'm the one who will be Hokage!"

But I ignored him, what caught my eye in this class was a certain blond haired girl.

She looked exactly like Artoria Pendragon, a girl version of myself.

'Is this another traverser? Sasuke is a traverser, and he is my friend. But Who is she?'

Iruka-sensei then began teaching history lesson, I'm not much of a student and that's the reason why I dropped out of school and became a shut-in.

Even though I don't like learning, but I have to or else I might not even get to genin.

Iruka-sensei then began explaining about history.

In short, he said this.

There are 5 major villages in this world. Konoha being the strongest. Hashirama created the village with Madara, but Madara turned against the village causing hashirama to fight with him.

Madara lost while hashirama won.

After 2 or 3 ninja wars, the village achieved the peace we have now.

This is an oversimplified version so it's not too specific in details.

After the lesson, it's ideology class. It's teaching us about the third hokage being great and die for the village.

I call it ideology class because with my 21st century knowledge, these are crude techniques for instilling ideology.

Maybe Danzo has the advance techniques but it's more of a slave seal then anything.
