ACROSS THE MULTIVERSE: BEING OVERPOWERED IS FUN
Synopsis: you’ve probably read or watched a typical isekai (other world story). Where the protagonist enters another world usually through means like a portal, getting trapped into a game, reincarnation , or accidently being killed by a deity. The protagonist is usually overpowered from the start or ostracized for being weak then they become overpowered. • This story however has two protagonists (Charles and Timmy) who are “accidently” killed by a god twice. He gives them some wishes as an apology. They get the power to copy any ability and get any power by thinking about it. One day they decide to fight to find out whose stronger and lose control of their powers except telepathy and invisibility. They get trapped in a world of superheroes where most people have super powers. Can our protagonists survive in this world until they get their full powers back?
CHAPTER 1: USELESS POWERS

(Above a house in the middle of a Forest, a portal opens and two people fall to the roof one with redish blond hair and the other with greenish black hair.)
Charles:Ow! That hurt.
Timmy:why can't we ever have a normal landing?
Charles:where are we anyway? Timmy:Let me check the map. (Timmy places his smartwatch near his face) map display current location.
Watch:ERROR NO DATA CAN BE FOUND ON CURRENT LOCATION.
Timmy:oh no! Please don't be what I'm thinking.
Charles:what's wrong.
Timmy:the watch is malfunctioning. Check to see if you can use your powers.
(Charles snaps his fingers but nothing happens then he brings out his phone from his pocket).
Charles:phone activate pyrokinesis.
(AUTHOR: PYROKINESIS MEANS THE ABILITY TO CREATE AND CONTROL FIRE WITH YOUR MIND).
Phone:error pyrokinesis is damaged cannot activate.
Timmy:watch activate flight
Watch:error flight has been lost
Charles:phone activate teleportation
Phone:error teleportation has been lost.
Timmy:watch how many powers are still available?
Watch:Two powers are currently undamaged
Charles: activate the powers now
Phone:powers have been unlocked
Timmy:well at least we didn't lose all the powers so I guess it's not all bad
Charles: I wonder what powers we got?(Charles stares at a faraway tree). Well I don't have laser eyes.
(Timmy clenches his fist then punches the roof of the house under his feet)
Timmy: ow! Ow! Ow! Well I don't have super strength.
Charles:I'm just going to ask my phone before one of us has another stupid idea.
Timmy: great idea I almost tried jumping off the roof to see if I could grow wings.
Charles:phone what power do I have ?
Phone:you have currently unlocked invisibility
Charles:what?
Timmy:haha you got a useless power
Charles:okay cool guy let's see what power you got.
Timi:watch what power do I have?
Watch:you have currently unlocked telepathy
Timmy:what?
Charles:haha! Your power is useless too
Timi:I take it back this isn't funny Charles this is worse than I thought. What are we supposed to do with two useless abilities? We don't know where we are, we can't travel to another world because your phone and my watch are broken and we have no way to defend ourselves if something like a demon king suddenly appears.
Charles:well it could be worse. at least there's a house here that means there are humans in this world. And where there are humans, there is civilization and where there's civilization there's food and I'm starving. So let's see if there are some nice people who will feed two homeless boys and let them spend the night.
Timmy:sure, sure great plan. Of course creepy houses in a forest have nice people. Have you learnt nothing watching TV most of your life. I don't want to get captured by a witch.
Charles: you're just being paranoid you'll see.
(Charles and Timmy climb down the roof and walk to the front door. Then Charles rings the doorbell. The door opens slowly then something flies out and hits Timmy and Charles on their necks. Timmy pulls the thing off his neck then sees it's a dart)
Timmy:oh no!
(Timmy and Charles collapse to the floor and fall unconscious)
SOME MINUTES LATER
(Charles and Timmy wake up to find themselves on the floor in the centre of what appears to be a living room)
Charles:where are we? (Charles says sleepily.)
Timmy:I don't know. The last thing I remember was. Oh no! We have to get out of here. (Timmy and Charles try to stand up but fall back to the floor. Charles looks behind him).
Charles:we've been tied up
Timmy:we must have been knocked unconscious and tied up here.
Charles:but who could have…
(Before Charles could finish his question two people walk towards them. Two girls both in their pajamas one probably 18 or 19 years old with long blond hair and the other probably 16 or 17 years old with long black hair and holding two kitchen knives. The girl with the black hair walks towards them and points the knives at them).

(AUTHOR:GWBH STANDS FOR GIRL WITH BLACK HAIR AND THE OTHER GIRL WILL BE CALLED GWGH GIRL WITH GOLDEN HAIR SINCE IN THIS CHAPTER WE DON'T KNOW THEIR NAMES YET OR IF THEY HAVE NAMES. ALSO I DIDN'T MAKE A MISTAKE WITH THE GIRL'S LINES SHE IS SPEAKING GIBBERISH BECAUSE WE CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS SAYING SINCE THIS IS ANOTHER WORLD).
Timmy:wow! We were trapped in another world where we can't understand anyone,knocked unconscious, kidnapped and now a girl is pointing a knife at our throats all under an hour. This day just keeps getting better and better. I wonder if these are the nice people Charles was talking about.
Charles: Timmy I don't think now is the right time for sarcasm. I think we might be in trouble.
