Chapter 7

It was all too quick.

Hanako, Beryl, Ophelia and Fujimaru all failed to respond as blood splattered over their faces and clothes. The servant started fading into motes of light as Accelerator yawned before turning around "Come out."

A servant stepped out as everyone stepped out of their trance. A robed blue haired man walked out as he had his hands in the air. "I was planning on helping out but seeing you take care of that servant in that manner, guess you did't need it."

Accelerator looked at him "Why are you here?" Cu explained that he wanted help and that their goals aligned. Accelerator summarised his long explanation into a really simply phrase "I just need to kill that so called King Arthur right?" Cu nodded. Accelerator nodded "That's all I needed to hear."

Fujimaru grabbed his shoulder as his face was grim "Why'd you kill her like that?" Accelerator replied "It was the fastest way. All I did was reverse the blood flow then she popped like a balloon." They saw that he didn't want to do it either. Hanako could tell, his whole facade as a villain or bad guy was simply just a play.

Acceelrator scoffed and thought "Me a bad guy? What a joke. Me being a good guy? A joke as well. There's no need for me to be good or bad as long as I can protect." His eyes gleamed as he set himself towards the limestone cave.

Accelerator looked up as he saw a whole rain of swords coming down. They weren't that special, sure they had magical effects but in the end it only activated if it hit. He put his hand to the ground as he took into account the different movements of the Earth and its orbital velocity and used it to create a whirlwind that knocked all the swords.

A new servant had appeared as he was Archer, at least that's what Cu said. Accelerator looked at the Archer and walked up to him "Let us pass." Archer looked at him with dead eyes "I can't do that." Accelerator smiled "Oh, I'm sorry you thought I was asking weren't you?"

Archer became wary as his grip tightened.

"No, this is not a negotiation, a suggestion, a deal, an entreaty, an agreement, a compromise or a capitulation. It's an order you fucker."

Archer looked at his frail finger that was in a flicking position. Archer not knowing what the finger would do. Only the group knew what power that finger could pull off. Archer tried slicing the finger only to have the weapon reflected out of his hand as his wrist bent at an unnatural angle.

The finger released a small amount of kinetic energy as it was then multiplied when in contact with Archer as he was sent flying into the dirt. A large dust cloud rose as Accelerator walked towards the Archer. "Any last words?" Archer looked at Accelerator and opened his mouth to talk only to find a scrunched up coffee can in his head.

"I don't want to hear whatever pitiful thing he had to say in justifying his actions."

Cu looked at the coffee can which left a giant hole in Archer's head. "Yeesh" The entrance to the cave appeared as he looked at the top in which a figure with black armour stood there with a pitch black sword.

"So you've come."

Accelerator chuckled before laughing "This is a joke right? Behind her is the Holy Grail? Something like that shouldn't exist."

Artoria looked at the white haired boy before targeting the demi-servant. Mash was sent flying into the wall as the sword aimed for Accelerator who had somehow scavenged a good can of coffee. He paid no attention as the sword came into contact before flinging Artoria away into the wall.

Accelerator felt alone again. He had a sense of duty but the hardest thing about being strong is that no one asks if you're okay. He put those thoughts to the side as he looked at the weakened Artoria as she swung her sword shouting her noble phantasm.

"Excalibur Morgan!"

A dark stream of black light roared and charged towards Accelerator who held his hand out as he redirected the blast at Artoria. Hanako, Beryl and Ophelia quickly surrounded Artoria with spells as Accelerator looked at her while crouching.

Another blast came again as Mash finally deployed her NP. Artoria finally slumped down as Accelerator looked at her defeated look.

He could see the darkness that she had seen as he spoke to her "Listen, even if someone is suffering before you, the kind of person that can take up arms without hesitation to shoot down the villain is no better than a villain himself. The kind that doesn't care about others, doesn't give 2nd chances, someone that kills if given a reason, is definitely not a hero. You don't have to become that kind of person. That's my specialty. The only thing I'm good for is acting the villain."

Artoria widened her eyes before having her heart imploded as Accelerator had killed her instantly. She faded away knowing that she no longer had to act like an evil king. She believed herself to be a tyrant and vile king. Now she knew that someone was carrying a huge amount of deaths.

Accelerator looked at the fading body of Artoria as he thought "I guess I have come to terms with myself."

Cu edge Mash to take the grail as he started disappearing. Mash nodded only for a voice to ring out.

"This makes me sick."
