Chapter 7- First Duo Battle
As the sun falls down two boys can be seen standing at an abandoned playground.
Naturally these two were none other than Nova and Leon.
After Nova made Leon into his subordinate he also told him how each and every stat works.
Leon then understood how to use the system and he was getting very eager to fight monsters. But Nova strictly forbade him. After Leon asked him why, Nova took out a corpse of a Doom Bear he kept in his spatial inventory.
After seeing the corpse Leon had no choice but to give up on his wishes as he too understood the dangers thus he opted for getting strong as quickly he could.
Of course he got stronger through the old ways the only ways Nova knew how to get exp and gold other than killing monsters.
The Good old questing. Leon was half excited but after ten different quest he just didn't even want to talk to anyone afraid of giving him stupid and almost unnecessary quest.
But eventually after 3 days he more or less was prepared for facing the monsters. Al though Nova would've liked for him to get used to the system for a couple of more days he Couldn't because his finals are coming and he gave the excuse of studying at his friends house.
Though with Nova's increased intelligence passing his exam would be a breeze. But Nova Didn't want his parents to learn of his strange powers yet at least until he's absolutely sure that no one would be capable of harming them.
Before they go in the sub-dimensional dungeon Leon and Nova each checked their own stats respectively.

Leon apparently didn't have a class listed because he dropped out of school to escape from all of his depressions.
After checking everything they were going to bring with them one last time they went through the portal.
In completely flat grassland filled with anthills and earthish cave like structures. Nova and Leon finally arrived.
They then set off towards one of the caves that looks like It's made of some strange earthish material.
Nova: "All right Leon just like we practiced you attack I'll support you, since we are here to power level you here I'll interfere if you can't handle it anymore K"?
Leon: "Sure but Don't you worry I'm pretty tough to take down. You just wait I'll even surpass you in no time.
Nova: " Sure sure, Let's go and remember to always stay within 10 feet near me and also keep a mana light orb activated at all times".
Leon: "K got it. Let's go, my first dungeon experience Let's hope it goes good".
As Nova and Leon went inside the dungeon they soon came upon the most infamous dungeon monsters.
Goblins...
Nova: " Green ugly and look like children, yep It's goblins. Finally some normal monster and no more fricking bears and wolves".
Leon: Yeah You're right but what did you mean by bears abd wolves that sounds like dangerous".
Nova: "Oh nothing too much to worry. Its all good even if we do come upon them I'll be here so no need to worry".
Leon: "Ok.
Leon's Pov.....
After I finished talking with Nova i got ready to face my foes. " Our battle shall be legendary. I always wanted to say that hehehe".
"Just go kill em 'cringe lord'".
As i resentfully looked at Nova i went for the goblins because It's dark and their not using any torches i quickly overcharged a mana light orb in front of their group of 11 goblins.
Surprised and blind to react or to see something i go for the kill. Using my iron sword i easily dispatch two goblins holding clubs at once and immediately the others heard the commotion and were finally able to see.
They all were coming to me with a crazy look in Their eyes.
But i stood tall not cowering at all.
A blue glow enveloped my right hand immediately waved it at the oncoming goblins and pure white laser like projectiles shot from my hands.
Easily shredding one goblin completely and blowing the head of the one next to it like a watermelon.
The other goblins were also critically injured. As much as i would have liked to continue shooting them i almost ran out of mana while overcharging the projectiles.
I went into melee mode again slashed and cut an arm off and head from another. One of them hit me at the shoulder it hurt but i endured. This was nothing compared to those bullies. I put my sword through It's head killing it and kicked the one rolling in the ground holding its hand in the face killing it as well.
My mana recharged enough for me to use mana projectiles again. I fired immediately and killed the rest of them.
After that i focused on the messages floating infront of me.

I hold my downwards and put inside the floors looking like a valiant knight who fought and annihilated It's enemies.
Nova: "That was good Leon. Not gonna lie i Didn't think you would be able to kill them in such a short time. I guess i was mistaken about you. Well get rested i see some more enemies but Don't worry I'll take it from here".
As Nova said that i felt a smile creeping up my face and sat down brought my canteen of water next my mouth to drink water.
I saw as he confidently face against almost more than 80 goblins by himself.
He used a mana shield near me after that what happened was almost a blur to me but what i could understand was that it was a complete one sided slaughter on the goblins side.
Mana projectiles Brighter and bigger than my own went faster than i could see all i could see was big laser beams.
The first volley quickly annihilated more than twenty of the them. After that he switched to melee with swords on both hands. He fought very cleanly not following any sword technique but it still felt very smooth to me. Arms, Legs, Heads rolled and enough blood to fill up a pool flowed out from the battlefield.
10 Minutes later all the goblins were completely annihilated. The ground had spiderweb like explosion cracks. it felt like an artillery valley fell here.
After watching Nova i was even more determined to get as strong as i can so no one can ever bully me.
Leon: "Never Again".
Leon's Pov End...
After annihilating all the goblins i saw Leon coming near me and i threw him a 16th century light armor with leather and steel with a iron sword and a shield.
Nova: "You will probably need those as we get deeper into the cave and no need to thank me".
Leon: " I Won't then well Let's hurry up now Don't slow us down bro".
Nova: "Ayy you cheeky little. Ah whatever You're right lets go".
We set off again. I then checked the messages i ignored.
