Lee blinks, but gives her boss a soft smile.

"No, I'm fine behind the desk."

She was fine with being an office lady. She didn't have the chops for being a transmigrator like Boss Lim. She was an ordinary worker, and she'd like to stay that way.

"Ah, Xiao Lee you were always funny. This isn't an offer, but an order."

Shaking her head, she lets out a nervous chuckle.

"B-But boss, I'm old. I don't have a nice face or a body, ah."

Boss Lim smirks, his dark eyes sneering at her refusal.

"I believe in you, besides, if you try quitting, I'll make it so you can't find work, even if you go back to that wasteland you called Earth."

"?!"

After a moment of quietly gnawing her tongue, Lee accepts his 'offer'.

And this was how she ended up becoming a world hopper.

Sabrina quietly gives her details of the plot of the world as Lee floats around in the white space. She could only hear Sabrina's now mechanical, yet earnest voice give her a run down.

When she was told the details of what she had to do while in the worlds she was assigned to, she as a virgin wanted to scream! She didn't to have sex with the sons of fate in each world, not matter the circumstance.

This world was thankfully, though for her, not too difficult.

She'd be playing as a terminally-ill older woman, whose main quest was to accompany the son of fate in the world, her childhood friend turned popular actor.

Her name is Wang Shun.

She was conceived during the one time union of a Chinese woman and an African-American traveling soldier. Her mother, who had been a twenty-six-year-old single woman, was faced with a pregnancy she wasn't able to abort at such a late stage, had Wang Shun at a small hospital with her parents present.

At first, her father in particular blamed the child's foreign father for tossing around with his precious daughter. They were always close, her being their only daughter. She was the apple of her father's eyes, and she left home at eighteen to follow a boyfriend who had a guitar and a pretty face.

Now she was back home, but pregnant.

Father Wang was furious.

However, after seeing her grandchild smile, it was said the man cried and put his anger for the baby's father in the back of his mind.

Wang Shun grew up extremely filial.

She was extremely close to her grandparents and her mother. As a child, she watched her mother grill meat at a, stitch together stuffed toys, and become the maid of a rich household to take care of her.

So, when she was old enough, she became working as a tutor for the family her mother worked for. He was close to the youngest son of the family, having known him since he was barely five years old. She found him cute and precious, and he'd always called her 'Big Sister' with his little bunny teeth.

His family, despite being ultra rich, didn't try separating them due to their class difference and her mixed heritage.

The Huo family.

One of the top three families of C City, whose business has dipped their hands in quite a few areas. The head of the company, Huo Jin and the CEO, his wife Tang Yu. Together, they had five children, including the youngest being Huo Yangyang. Yangyang, who was treated well by both his parents and grandparents, was a loved and pampered kid his whole life--so, when the boy wanted to enter the entertainment circle at fifteen, his parents couldn't help but lend their hand. They, however, had one important requirement--that the trusted Wang Shou had to become his manager.

Wang Shou, who was a smart young woman, but unable to afford college, had been working at a convenience store. When she found out the amount that she was going to be paid for working with him--as well as finding out it was for her 'precious Xiao Yang', she readily agreed.

And, like that, ten years have passed.

Wang Shou had become a woman passing her prime, and Xiao Yang was getting more popular every passing day.

How to get close to a man who is only known to like the female lead?

Moreover, he's a man that's seen her as the big sister who tutored and babysat him after his mother died. He was in kindergarten when she first met him, and she was a 2nd year!

The age gap was too much!

Pacing in her mind, she complained to her system manager.

"Sabrina, do I really have to go to this world?"

"Well, you don't have to--but there's a penalty fee associated with the costs of running the reality machine, electricity, engineering pay, etc..."

She shrugged. She had quite a bit of money in her savings, so paying a small fee shouldn't be too bad.

"Oh? Show me the amount?"

Lee felt like she was going to puke and pass out after seeing such a big number.

O-ok...back to thinking.

If she slept with a man she'd loved as a brother, wouldn't that make her seem a bit tacky and troublesome?

Ah, whatever, she had a while before her diagnosis to get close to the son of fate. To be precise, she transmigrated the day that Xiao Yang would introduce his friend and future lover, a small-time actress to his "Jie-Jie".

Wang Shou was an affectionate, but very stoic person.

Wang Shou looks beside Xiao Yang, where a small, petite young woman stands.

Su Yan. The young and pure type. A newcomer in the entertainment circle--coincidentally met Xiao Yang when he snuck out and ate at a local Dim Sum restaurant, where she worked at. From there, after they talked for a while, she shyly revealed she was an actress, and had recognized Xiao Yang due to being a huge fan of his.

Of course, since she was the daughter of destiny, she had a pure looking face. Big eyes, a small face. Smooth milky skin. Weigh no more than 50kg, no taller than 165cm. Small and cute, like a white rabbit.

The exact opposite of thirty-five-year-old Wang Shou, was a curvaceous, woman on the taller and thicker side. She played basketball during her teen years due her height of 179 cm, and had gained a good amount of calluses from working in construction. Her skin with a rich sienna, her hand wide and chubby like her mother's. Her hazel eyes were hooded, and sharp. Her features are overall 'handsome' looking--she wasn't very feminine either, due to a lower class background and connections to the Huo family her classmates called her 'Cinderella Prince'.

Everyone thought she'd marry into the family, but that was never her desire.

Her expression is blank and unclear. She stare at the girl's face

"Nice to meet you, I'm Wang Shou, Xiao Yang's manager." Although the woman's tone was robotic, and void of emotion, it was sincere.

"Ah, nice to meet you, Auntie!"

Xiao Yang: ...

Wang Shou: ...

"Yan Er, don't call Shou Jie-Jie an Auntie. She's still a beautiful young woman." Xiao Yang corrects the young woman with a smile that doesn't reach his eyes. Lee, inside of Wang Shou's body couldn't help but snort.

"Beautiful young woman? Boy, do you have eyes?"

Wang Shou gives Xiao Yang a small smile.

"Ah, Xiao Yang, I'm not a young lady anymore. Women my age have children in school by now, so a young girl like Miss Su would call me that." Her words were curt, showing she wasn't offended by her words. After all, Su Yan was a fake white lotus. She was a girl who acted as a helpless, defenseless thing to achieve and attain.

Wang Shou didn't care what she did--as long as she didn't hurt Xiao Yang in the process.
