Selena’s POV
The resort in the Moon Sea Pack is close to the coast and has a stunning beach that stretched out as far as I could see.
Charles and I took our own car to the house we were staying at for the next few days. There are several villas not far from the coast, each separated by a small garden, very private and independent. The house was built directly on the water and we could slide into the water from the room.
When we checked in at the front desk, the bill was staggering, but Charles didn't hesitate to pull out his credit card.
"I'd like to keep the Villa I booked for a year. My wife and I could come here again any day."
The waiter hurriedly took his credit card and said in an uncertain tone, "Sorry, sir, we don't offer this service..."
"I know," Charles said, pulling out another gold card.
The waiter's eyes widened. “Yes, I'll get right on it.”
I shrugged helplessly.
