7 - Brother Talk

I arrived to my house at 7 and half, my sister was spreaded in the coach, mom was in the kitchen and Dad hasn't arrived.

"Yo!, I'm home" I announced myself.

"Welcome home dear"

"Welcome home assbutt"

"I love your dear names sister, so how was school Komi?"

"Boring, we did nothing but I meet this girl she's alright, also I meet a cute kouhai he was playing soccer and almost hit me with the ball, he made a joke about it, it was funny, he left to continue play tho"

"Hmm well I meet the Wind God, and we both had an amazing adventure, we fight some thugs, ran after a beast, and I got the approval of a World Class Coach to train me to be a boxer, also I got an intership into a fishing boat business I start tomorrow at dawn at 5."

Mom blinked slowly.

Kokomi just laughed "You're so silly"

"Dear, what part of all of that is true?" Mom asked

"Hmm as a matter of fact everything" I said

I explained all my journey today and talked about Ippo, Takamura and the coach, also got the approval of my mom to help my friend in that, she was worried but she understood why I did all of that.

Mom smiled and said "You want to shine as Kazeo, my son you know I love you all the same right?, it's just-" I moved my head side to side.

"No mother, I love you, and I love Kazeo-nii but this is something I want, it just seem like an amazing journey, let me go for it"

She move her head to the side, "Well, but if you start you can't let it end early, at least go for the National championship hehe"

I gave a toothy smile "You bet I'll get"

Komi laughted "I love your jokes Sora-nii"

I deadpan and look at my sis... "as always I can't seem to grasp your sense of humour, I was not making a joke"

Mom interrupted us "Well did you eat something?"

"As a matter of fact, yes I did, but I'm still hungry although, I should eat less if I want to be a boxer"

"Well you can start tomorrow I made some okonomiyaki tonight, do you want?" Mom turned around

"Of course I want, thanks mom!" I sat in the chair

"I'm Home!"

"Welcome Dad" Kokomi shouted

"Welcome dear"

"Welcome Father"

"What's new and exciting?" Dad left his briefcase.

Mom responded without turning back "Well Sora, got the approval of a boxing gym, apparently he's going to try to go Pro"

Dad looked at me, he took his glasses and clean them, then he put them on again, walked in front of me and sat down. He raised his head and said, "Are you commited?"

"Heh! There is nothing I want more than anything right now" I looked his straight in the eyes.

He smiled, and intertwined his hands, putting his chin on top. "Well I'm not against, but still talk with Kazeo, he can make you a training program, try not to get hurt"

I smiled at him "Sorry Father, I'll still talk with Kazeo-nii but the training program will be the one my coach put me through, I know bro is the best in his discipline but boxing is different than Taekwondo"

Dad once again smiled and looked me in the eyes, "Talk with him and do both, be the best, aim for the top, and conquer everything"

I was speechless, he's right, I don't need to be a copy of myself, I can be better I have a system 'BING'. Damn there it is again that sound.

"Thanks father I'll talk with Kazeo-nii" I said to him

He straighted up "Well let's eat, mom cooking will be cold and this one cuisine is one of my favorites"

Kokomi sit at the dinner table "Hahaha dad, everything is your favorite!, but hehe, mom cooking is always fantastic"

I started to eat and asked dad "How was work Father, anything new?"

"As a matter of fact yes, we had a new programmer he's doing fantastic into making some buttons do what we want, he is trying to make a machine light a red bulb when you press one button, and many colors, with the same button in an order, but he wants to do it automatically"

Kokomi groaned "Sounds boring and silly"

I scowled to my sis "Shussh Komi, father that's amazing, it would be amazing if he achieves that, with that we may put like an automatic blender with only one button, or a kitchen with intelligent system, Dad can I go to your company?, I want to see!" 

'BING'

Dad closed his eyes and said "Concentrate in your studies, but yes you can come, let me talk with my partner and see when we can organice a tour for your class"

I grinned "Awesome! thanks Father"

I finished eating and stood up to wash my dishes, I didn't saw the look of amazement from my family.

"I'll go talk with Kazeo-nii, see you tomorrow, love you all" I ran upstairs

Yoshitaka POV

"Did you hear it?" I said

"Yes dear, I heard it clearly" Kazumi smiled

"He... he called me dad, instead of father" I was spechless and happy

"It appears he is maturing" She stirred my hair

"I'm glad, well can I have another one?" I chuckled and looked at my wife

She went to the kitchen and said "Sure Dear"

"Mom, I want another too"

"Sorry lady, but you already eat three, go wash yourself"

"Okeeeey" Kokomi stood up

"He also washed the dishes" I said

Kazumi once again smiled "Yeah, it's a new Sora, let's give our support!"

"Yeah, lets"

I knocked Kazeo's door.

"Yo, Kazeo can I go in?"

I heard some rustle and he opened the door.

"What do you want, I'm studying!, I can't entertain you today, maybe on friday" He scowled at me

"Ops, Sorry Bro, but I'm going to start boxing classes, and I kinda need your help with some training program, to be fit for that, can you spare 10 minutes for your little brother?"

He looked at me, and then smiled, his demeanor changed instantly.

"Of course Sora-nii, come inside, we can talk, man what made you change? I remember you hating me when I became the captain of the Team, it seemed to me that you didn't want to do sports ever"

"Well I meet a friend today, and I meet a pugilist, and he convinced us to try into his Gym, to cut the story short, we impressed the coach, and he offered to cover our monthly payments until we do some prize money"

Kazeo looked at me with wide eyes "Wait... Are you going PRO?!"

"Ah I didn't mention that?" I scratched my cheek

He scowled a little "He said you can go Pro?, but he meet you only today! are you sure it's not a scam?"

"You hurt me nii, of course is not a scam but..." I thought about something, "but you can come tomorrow with me, you know to see the gym and give your approval, what do you say, will you accompany me?"

"Hmm tomorrow is tuesday... Ok I can put the vice with the class, and the routine will be kick course and leg elasticity" he started mumbling.

"so? will you go with us?"

"Hmm yeah sure, let's go, I kinda want to see what you made to impress him, and don't take it wrong but there are a lot of scam gyms, just let your brother have some assurance, I won't badmouth that gym in particular, just let me be sure, Deal?"

"Hehe you will be impressed I'm sure of it"

"Ok, well you asked for a training program, I can help with your legs for the beggining, I guess the gym will give you something for the punches but you need a good foundation, on footwork, give me a moment" He started scribbling into a paper and he give it to me. 

He added "Take it, do that once in a day it should be like 30 minutes in total for that you can do it prior to wash yourself, I'm going in after Komi, and then you can bath"

I grabbed the paper 'BING' "The last one huh?, that's ok"

"Well I was not joking when I said, I had no time, sorry bro, I love you but I do need to study, gotta keep the good grades, let's talk again tomorrow when we go to the gym"

"Sure, hey at what hour do you wake up?" I asked

"At 5' gotta do my morning routine" Kazeo looked adamant

"Oh damn, well I'll put my alarm"

"Are you going with me?" He raised an eyebrow

"Uhm nope, I got a little part time work, in some fishing boat at 5' and I want to be early, also I will be doing some small routine in the morning with my friend"

"Sigh... Soraaaa... I'll go with you too for that, just have more care about yourself, you're young and those hours are kinda dark, I don't want something to happen to you"

"So... I wake you up?" I joked with him

"How far is it?"

"hmm probably like 10 minutes walking and 4 minutes jogging"

"Nah, I'll wake you up, see ya tomorrow"

"See ya nii"

He closed the door and I heard his chair move, he must have returned to study. 

I went to my room and sat down, I put my bag into the wall and looked at the paper Kazeo gave me.

Routine A:

10 squats

10 squat and kick

10 jumping jacks

20 knees up

10 diagonal knee with both legs

10 push ups

30 second plank

10 lunges

Beginner: 2 sets with a minute rest

Intermediate: 5 sets with a minute rest

Advance: 7 sets with a half minute rest

Myself (and he draw himself winking): 7 sets without rest and doubling each set.

Well crap... I knew he was a monster, really 7 sets, that's like... let me do the math...

1260 exercises and 7 minutes planking!! He really is a monster, and he does this in a 30 minute mark?, well I have to start somewhere let's do this...

I did the beginner set with 3 sets, and.. well I'm in the floor panting... I really need to up my game.

Knock* Knock*

"Hey bro I finished washing myself, it's your turn, please drain the water when you finish"

I heard Kazeo leave my door, well let's go and take a bath.

When I was washing myself and then relaxing a little in the bathtub I channeled the system to be in front of me. 

I saw the buttons, there was Status, Quest, Items, Titles, and shop.

The Quest button has the number 9 in red, mentally I commanded to open it.

Kazeo POV

Well I have to sleep, gotta wake up early to accompany my little bro to his job, "heh! who would have thought me and my bro in the same path"

But he may reach faster then... I won't let him overcome me, I want to be his inspiration, all these years in preparation and pushing myself to shine so he can try to reach me are finally working, we will be the best brothers in sports! I saw his potential in the early days, I won't let it go to waste.

I just hope this gym is real... Damn gotta sleep.

Thank you all for well everything, I didn't think I would reach more than 100 collections, I have another story in this place, and it didn't reach even 60 collections, even tho' it had 18 chapters so I stopped writing, I want to keep writing, I'm serious when I say that the comments gave me strength, I'll keep the chapters coming with the support of you all.
