To School And A Shuraba?

After their preparations are over, Seiji and Mashiro left the mansion while riding a car. This is Mashiro's first day to school so Seiji did his best at introducing the surroundings to her.

Their first stop is Riko's apartment. They didn't have to wait for her at the entrance as she is already outside, waiting for them to arrive.

Seiji wanted to tell her that the front seat is open, but Riko didn't even let him say anything as she directly opened the door to the back seat. After she sat down, Riko immediately noticed Mashiro who's staring at her with her bright crimson eyes.

"You are?"

"Nn? Mashiro…"

Seiji immediately interjected and introduced them to one another.

"Riko, this is Shiina Mashiro, the person who's a huge fan of my dad. She's an artist and she wanted to go here in Japan in order to fulfill her dream. Mashiro, this is one of my childhood friends and the current manager of our team, Aida Riko."

After Seiji introduced them to each other Riko and Mashiro nodded at each other before Riko started a conversation between them.

"You're an artist? What kind of arts do you do currently?"

"Manga… I draw mangas."

"Mangas? Really? I don't really read mangas that much but do you have any published ones yet?"

"No… I will publish it when it's done…"

Seiji let them converse with each other while his thoughts started to think about the upcoming Nationals. Their team is definitely ready for it but he have this sinking feeling that it wouldn't be that easy.

He rarely feel this way so he just had to see what is it that's bothering him. Thus, Seiji once again searched through the internet and watched the games of different teams from other prefectures and regions.

In his search, Seiji found out that there really are teams that are stronger, if not as strong, as his team before he joined. There's Shiratorizawa from Miyagi, a really well-balanced team with all-rounded players across the board.

There's the point guard, Fujima Kenji, a really great floor general. Some call him as the Point God of the middle school basketball and is a pretty well rounded player. Except for his slightly lacking height, he's elite level overall.

Their center, Ōtsubo Taisuke, is currently known as the best center in the middle school basketball scene. Unlike Kyōsen's center, Akagi, Ōtsubo is a traditional big with his fundamentals down. He really suits Shiratorizawa since Fujima make really great use of him.

There's also their other players but Seiji didn't have any time to think more as he saw that they arrived at Onodera Family's house. Since Onodera is probably still inside their house, Seiji and co. went inside and waited for Kosaki to be ready.

"Ohh, hey! Every time I see you, you'll have more and more beautiful ladies by your side, Seiji-kun."

This was the first thing that Kosaki's mother, Onodera Nanako, told them when she saw Seiji, Riko, and Mashiro enter inside through their shop's entrance. Her mannerisms have a lot of similarities with Seiji.

"Oh, are you talking about Mashiro, sister Nanako? She's currently under the care of our family and my mom and dad are busy so she fell into my care instead," Seiji said after thinking of a reason in a flash.

"Hmm hmm, she's a real beauty alright. I guess my Kosaki will have a hard time getting the first wi—"

"MOM! STOP! What are you even saying this early in the morning!"

Before Nanako could finish her words, Kosaki arrived to immediately stop her. When she succeeded in her attempt, she immediately tried to divert the topic.

"W-Well, it seems that we have a new friend, huh, Seiji-kun. Is she going to transfer to our school?"

"Hmm? Yeah. As you can see from the uniform she is wearing, Mashiro will be transferring to our school."

As if she is confirming what Seiji said, Mashiro twirled on the spot before patting her uniform and nodding to Kosaki. This action tugged at Kosaki and Nanako's heartstrings as they immediately went for a hug, resulting in Mashiro asking for help to Seiji with her eyes.

"Ah…"

"So cuuuuuteee~! Can I take her home?"

"No, sister Nanako. It looks like she doesn't want that, too."

Kosaki, on the other hand, just continuously patted Mashiro on the head while smiling. While Mashiro just observed the two of them with her blank expression.

"Alright, please let go of Mashiro now, sister Nanako and Saki-chan. We'll be late to school if you continue doing that."

At Seiji's prompt, both of them reluctantly let go of Mashiro. Seiji then taught Mashiro how to tidy her clothing while fixing her hair.

Riko and Kosaki momentarily released a dark aura that immediately disappeared after remembering how Mashiro acted earlier. However, they still felt quite jealous at Mashiro for getting such treatments. Only Rena gets to be treated that way at times by Seiji.

Seiji felt the dark aura earlier but he didn't say anything. He didn't want to poke a hornet's nest this early in the morning.

"Alright. All tidy. Let's go?" Seiji said while looking at Mashiro, then at Riko and Kosaki.

"Nn…"

"Yeah, let's go!"

Mashiro and Riko immediately replied at Seiji's question while Kosaki turned to her mom.

"We'll be going now mom!"

"Alright, you guys take care," Nanako said, waving the four of them off.

Arriving at the school, the group of four went around the campus, introducing the surrounding to Mashiro who's entirely new to the place. Mashiro would just nod blankly or smile slightly when Seiji, Kosaki, and Riko introduce a location to her.

Before the chime of the bell, Seiji, Kosaki, and Mashiro saw off Riko before she goes to the second year's building while Seiji, Kosaki, and Mashiro went to the faculty room. There, they met up with Chihiro who immediately hugged Mashiro when she saw her.

"It's good that you safely reached here."

"Nn… Thank you, cousin."

"Chihiro-nee, just call me that, okay?"

"Un… Chihiro-nee…"

*ding* *dang*

*ding* *dong*

With the chime of the bell, the three students and a teacher went to the classroom. Turns out that Mashiro will be transferred to Kosaki and Seiji's class.

After Seiji and Kosaki entered the classroom, they sat on their respective seats and waited for their teacher, Chihiro, to do her thing.

"Alright class. It seems that you all arrived in time."

At her mention of this, everyone looked at Seiji and Kosaki's direction.

"Today, there will be a transfer student that will be joining this class starting today."

This immediately made the whole class react in surprise as this is already nearing the middle of the entire semester. The transfer shouldn't have happened since the student who does will need to do a lot of catching up.

"Quiet down! Well, come inside and introduce yourself Mashiro."

"Un…"

Upon hearing the soft voice of a girl, the boys immediately made a ruckus. These guys are excited to see if the new transfer student is a beautiful girl or not.

They're around the age where their teenage hormones are starting to act up so this is quite understandable. Or is it?

When Mashiro entered the classroom, she immediately went in front of the blackboard and wrote her name with a beautiful handwriting.

"Shiina Mashiro… Nice to meet you…"

Without even waiting for anyone to say anything, she went to an open seat near Seiji and Kosaki and sat down. This made Chihiro sigh in exhaustion.

"You have a lot to learn, Mashiro. Anyway, you take that seat then, there's no one sitting in there, anyway."

"Nn… Understood, Chihiro-nee…"

"Good. Now, class, let's start our homeroom."

'YOU'RE JUST GONNA LEAVE IT LIKE THAT!?' Everyone thought.
