Chapter 99: Pleasure

Ryan grabs Soo Min by the elbow and pulls her close.

His slender fingers wrap around her chin, lifting her face to look directly at him, nowhere else.

"You seem to have some misconception, so understand this, Soo Min. The moment I proclaimed you as mine, I meant it in every sense of that word. This engagement will not be called off and you don't get a say in it. Especially not after you called me yours back there. Don't you think you should take responsibility, hmm?" His nose touches her hair, breathing in her alluring rose scent.

"What I said back there was simply for one reason: protecting my self-worth. It doesn't matter how many women you have dealt with Ryan, I will not let a single one disrespect me as your future wife. But that doesn't mean I will let you disrespect me either." Soo Min meets Ryan's gaze with a determined one.

"If I find out you're cheating on me with someone behind my back, just know this. There are countless men who are more than willing to court me just by my status alone. My body? That's just an added bonus and I won't hesitate to use it. I should get to experience some pleasure every once in a while, don't you think?" She scoffs with derision, but there was a threatening undertone with every word she said.

His eyes darken as he towers over her until she has to tilt her head back to look at him, as he repeats slowly with clear menace. "Another man, huh?"

A shadow passes over his features, thunderous and quiet, almost as if he's... angry. Why the hell would he be? I'm the one who's angry. I'm the one who's pissed of at the woman's words calling me her replacement.

A dark sense of obsession takes hold of Ryan at the thought of another man touching his woman. Touching her soft porcelain skin. Touching what's his.

Soo Min doesn't realize the inner beast she unleashed within him.

He wraps an arm around her waist and slams her front against him, knocking the breath out of her lungs. "I would advise against that unless you want the death of another man on your hands."

Soo Min's eyes widen upon hearing his words, but she knows him well enough to know that he never gives out empty threats. If he says something, then he'll act on it.

"Now what was that little bit about pleasuring yourself?" His hot lips meet the shell of her ear and he nibbles down before he whispers in tight words, "I can make all your fantasies come true. Even the wildest ones."

Her eyes must double in size as she tries to look at him, but his unyielding grip prohibits her the slightest movement. "W-What?"

"Did that busy brain of yours think you can get rid of me so easily? Or forget the part about you wanting to experience some pleasure… I can satisfy all your needs better than any other man. All you need to do is ask, sweetheart."

His nose then trails down to the soft flesh of her throat. Shudders and goosebumps break out on her skin, covering each other and allowing new ones to form.

"R-Ryan, stop it." Her voice was breathy, sultry even.

"Why? Because your too scared to submit to your desires. Too scared to admit what you feel for me. Too scared your body will betray you?"

Soo Min's insides turn jittery at the seductive undertone in his voice. The masculine scent assaulting her nose.

Her breathing hitches when he sucks on the skin where her shoulder meets her neck. Before she could even stop it, a soft sigh escapes her lips.

"Fuck." Ryan mutters under his breath. Her low seductive voice nearly makes lose his mind. All he wanted to do was reach his driver and bodyguard and erase that sound from their heads.

His blood boils at the fact that any man could see her or hear her like this. No one can. No one should. Soo Min belongs to him and he'll spend the rest of his life keeping good on his promise.

Soo Min stiffens realizing what just happened.

"That voice of yours will be the death of me, sweetheart." He breathes out.
