Crumbling

While nearly everyone was busy planning for the wedding, Pieffer noticed that Fighter was always sitting on the balcony of his room. The coldness in his eyes became even more chilling. It was probably because he and Saji rarely talks. The latter was making all types of excuses to stay away from the man she would soon be marrying.

Pieffer thought that it would make Fighter mad but, to her surprise, the Celestial Knight remained calm and allowed Saji to have all the time and space that she wanted. His patience towards Saji was remarkable.

It was probably because of that unexpected reaction from the Celestial Knight that Pieffer felt bothered. She was against Saji and Fighter marrying each other. But seeing them suffer in silence while away from each other had made her waver. Now there was a part of her mind that wanted to see those two get married.
