Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence. *P.S. CHAPTER 43: Three Gifts

After coming to a conclusion, Green flapped forward as quickly as he could before Ashen would even think to make a choice, and was just about to open his mouth to speak to Sedulla when he suddenly felt a cold gaze land on him, cold enough to make him shiver and feel like his life was fleeting enough to disappear, if she wanted it to.

Drawing in a sharp breath, Green flapped his wings, descending on Ashen's shoulder underneath the breath choking aura that was emanating from the ten-year-old in front of him and the fact that he had seen her in her past glory made him see clearly how much of a threat she could be if he did something she didn't like.

"When madness is the only language she speaks, what can one do?" Green thought the moment he landed, bowing his head a little before he proceeded to speak.
