Bonding Time

After eating their fill, they patted their tummy in satisfaction.

"Puwaaaa~ I wish I got to eat food like this everyday~" Kia said.

"Where are we going today, Kia?" Erza asked.

"How about we go to Uncle Shawn's farm? There are plenty of animals to play with there!" Kia said. The chipmunks were looking at Irene and Noctis as they nodded their heads and they immediately hummed in joy. Noctis had a headache though, all three of them had different tunes and didn't correlate with each other. As a musician, such things were his nightmare but he toughen it out and let the kids do what they want.

Kia then found the carriage they rode earlier and called out to Roberto.

"Young Miss, where do you wish to go?" Roberto asked.

"To Uncle Shawn's farm, Roberto." She said and she called the group as they boarded the carriage.

"As you wish, young miss." Roberto said.

Although the carriage still has a lot of space, Pitou lied down with her head on her father's lap while Erza sat down on her mother's lap. Kagura sat down besides Kia as they talked.

Nothing eventful happened on the way to Shawn's farm. When they arrived at the entrance of the farm, Kia's face distorted into frown.

A boy that is the same age as Erza appeared and was talking to one of the managers of the establishment. When he saw Kia, his face turned into disgust.

"Well well, to think that the chained princess is here, what are the odds?" the boy said.

"Hmph, I didn't expect to meet Scaredy Kyle in here, indeed, what are the odds?" Kia replied.

Kia is always practicing in mastering her magic and would always create weapons for their family. She would be able to go out after finishing her work and studies, giving her the nickname The Chained Princess because she is always chained to studying and magic practice.

Kyle on the other-hand always acts arrogantly against other people because he had the backing of his family, a typical wuxia young master. Whenever Kyle is threatened, he would be scared and would wet his pants earning him the nickname Scaredy Kyle.

When Noctis saw Kyle, he already felt that a headache is going to come his way

"At least your friends are way more beautiful than you. What's your name, little miss? I am Kyle Jokic, a pleasure to meet you." He said as she asked Erza's name.

Erza on the other-hand yawned and ignored Kyle's handshake.

'Atta girl, Papa's proud of you! Papa raised you right!' Noctis thought in his mind.

Kia started laughing out loud after seeing Kyle left hanging in the air causing Kyle to be embarrassed as he pulled his hand back.

"Oof. That's a lot of damage." Noctis said to Irene as he kept on holding his laughter back while Irene pinched him for being silly.

"I will remember this, peasants!" Noctis rolled his eyes, a typical wuxia young master reply. but what surprised him that it made him go WTF was what Kia did.

"Trace on." She said as a pistol appeared in in her hand and pulled Kyle's hand and slammed him to the ground and pointed the gun on his head.

'Say whaaaaaaaat? Trace on? What kind of sh*t is this?!' Noctis thought.

"Touch my friends and I swear I will put a bullet on your head, you hear me?" Kyle got scared silly and his pants got wet. Kia then let Kyle go after warning him.

When Kyle is in a safe distance, he turned around while glaring and was about to speak as he opened his mouth, when a candy entered his mouth.

What Noctis just threw is a wasabi candy. After he accurately threw the wasabi candy, he immediately prayed for the soul of Kyle.

The moment Kyle closed his mouth, the wasabi candy touched his tongue, a spicy sensation filled his mouth.

Another quirk of the wasabi candy is that, it sticks to the tongue after having an encounter with it. It also has the hardness of a jawbreaker so all Kyle could do to save himself is to lick the wasabi candy to melt it.

Kyle started feeling the heat as he couldn't spit the candy out causing him to groan in pain and is close to tearing up. He tried using his fingers to remove the candy but it doesn't help at all. The wasabi started doing more damage in Kyle's tongue causing him to finally shed some tears due to the spiciness and helplessness some

Kyle immediately entered his carriage and ordered his coach driver to take him home.

Seeing that Kyle is gone, Kia turned around with a victory smile, although she didn't know why Kyle looks like he's eaten a pair of used socks when he ran away but it didn't matter, she drove away an annoying person.

"Don't worry about Kyle, he's just a scaredy cat who can't stand on his own. He just does whatever he wants because of his Uncle William's name." Kia said and showed pride on her training. Unlike Kyle who always messes around, Kia has been training for lots of hours a day.

'Heh, even if he calls his uncle here, he would kneel down in front of me for hours.' Noctis thought and Irene pinched his sides once again as if she knows what Noctis is thinking.

"What?" Noctis said helplessly.

"You're causing trouble again." Irene said but she didn't reprimand him.

"What do you mean?" Noctis said innocently.

"You loved causing trouble but you don't want trouble coming your way. *Sigh* What am I going to do with you?" Irene said helplessly while Noctis wryly smiled.

Sure he would have someone test out the things he bought from the system, specially the spicy things, but his luck is bad. The people he would choose are just bad at hot things... or so he thought.

"Come, let's go! Let's play!" Kia pulled Kagura and Erza's hand while Pitou asked him to carry her and put her into his nape and Pitou held on to his hair when they entered the farm.

Although it is basically a farm, there's a part of the farm where it looks like a zoo. There are giraffes, sabertooth, and Ligers in there as well as different bird species, Pitou is fascinated by everything she saw specially the parrot as she giggled seeing that the parrot could talk.

Irene separated with Noctis as she followed the Kia, Erza, and Kagura. So its basically a bonding time between Pitou and Noctis.

Noctis would sometimes change how she carries Pitou, she would carry her with his arms and would bring her closer to docile animals. As for the big caged cats, due to Noctis' pressure, or should I say, persuasion and as a fellow cat, the Ligers and Sabertooths acted coyly with Pitou.

When the cage guard saw what just happened, he rubbed his eyes to make sure that what he just saw is not a hallucination. He even saw the fierce sabertooth with eye scar licking Pitou's hand.

After having a look at the animals, Noctis took Pitou to have a rest as he sat down on long chair with a table and wiped Pitou's hand that was wet from the big cat's saliva.

"So how was it? Pitou? Was it good?" Noctis asked.

"Un!" Pitou nodded her head happily.

"Do you want to go meet with the others or do you want to rest more?" Noctis asked.

"Rest, rest."Pitou said as she lied down and slept causing Noctis to chuckle a little bit. Pitou would always sleep in the afternoon after eating lunch. But with Kia pulling them out to play, Pitou tried her best to fight her sleepiness and now she quickly fell asleep on his thighs.

Noctis then patted Pitou's hair causing Pitou's ear to twitch sometimes. He then looked at the kid's direction and saw them being taught how to ride a horse by Irene. As if sensing his gaze, Irene turned around and smiled at him. She then told Erza and Erza waved her hand to her father who waved his hand back.

"I wonder what I should get for Irene and Erza's birthday? Lingeries are a must for Irene..." Noctis then entered his deep thinking state as he pictured Irene with different kinds of lingeries when a small rock flew to hit Noctis' head and saw Irene glaring at him.

"Seriously?"Noctis said as he rubbed his head in annoyance.
