At this point, matters would seem to have settled down. As an art dealer, the distant relative naturally couldn't waste all his time on Cliff. Thus, he assigned someone to assist Cliff while he himself returned home to start preparations for the art exhibition.
However, events didn't simply come to an end there; they began to take on a more unsettling turn instead.
The first twist occurred when the assistant assigned to help Cliff, barely lasted a day before fleeing back in terror, claiming he would "never go back to the blasphemous dwelling of that heretical cultist." The distant relative didn't think much of this, after all, he was well aware that not just anyone could withstand the "force" emulated by Cliff's artwork.
And so, the distant relative sent another younger employee who seemed to have a good rapport with Cliff.
This one went missing completely.
