Velvet Pattinson's Point of View

This day finally came...

Papa and mom happily prepared our departing. They prepared four carriages for us. They said it will take three days to reach the estate so it will be a problem if we're not comfortable in a narrow carriage.

3 carriages for us and 1 carriage for all our things.

I am now outside the gate of our mansion where the carriages are prepared. I wore a light golden pink, long sleeve dress with white laces down to my feet. I am with my two brothers wearing their casual clothes. I got used to wearing lady-like clothes these days.

A few minutes later, the Zinitrious came with their luggage in the hands of their servants. The servants then quickly left after fixing their luggage on the carriage.

Cal and Kenji are wearing casual clothes like my brothers too and Lilian wearing a very simple but elegant blue dress.

"Yo!"

Kenji greeted us with a sweet smile on his face while waving at us as always.

He then high-fived my two brothers. From what I knew, Kenji's at the same age as me but he's so sweet like a child. I may call him childish as a compliment.

Lilian, as expected, greeted me with a hug. Cal on the other hand didn't say a word.

Ethan arrived later...

" Am I late?" he asked.

" You're just right on time, we're now waiting for his highness and the princess." I answered nonchalantly.

" Oh, about our carriages, I think it would be better for the girls to have their girl talk. Therefore, my sister, sister Lilian, and the princess will be in a single carriage. Ethan, my brother, and I will be on the next carriage and brother Cal, brother Kenji, and his highness on another carriage, any objections?" said Red.

"..."

That's Red for you.

" Sometimes, you do freak me out by how you think." -Cal.

" What do you mean? It's just common sense." he answered normally.

'So does that mean we don't have any common sense?' we all thought.

And finally...

The Prince and the Princess arrived.

As they step out of the carriage, the first thing I saw was the crown prince.

He wears casual clothes like the men beside me to not catch so much attention.

But after he stepped out of the carriage, he held his hand on the woman.

Wearing a blood-red dress, that really suits her fair-skin. Her blue eyes are like sapphires under the moonlight. But those eyes...

don't have any emotions at all.

The princess then finally made her appearance. There is no doubt that she has the looks.

Bless this family's genes.

She has wavy hair with the same color as his brother's, silver.

The way she walks doesn't show any kind of elegance, which looks familiar. We then showed courtesy and bowed our heads.

"Your highnesses..." we said.

" Cut the crap..."

We raised our heads at what Caspian said.

" You're not like this at all, please be comfortable." he added.

We greeted the princess by introducing our names.

" (smile) Lilian Zinitriou, nice to meet you, princess."

" Red Pattinson, princess."

" Lucas Pattinson, your highness."

" Ethan Portgas, milady."

" Kenji Zinitriou, milady."

" Calixtar Zinitriou, your highness."

" Velvet Pattinson, we are pleased to make your acquaintances, princess."

She then stared at us one by one as we introduced ourselves. But her eyes don't show any kind of interest at all.

She then opened her mouth to say something.

And that surprised us.

" Hi! My name is Camilla! I am really glad to meet my brother's friends! You guys look so pretty!" she said while her eyes are curved into a smile and her lips, grinning sweetly. She also has a sweet voice. Totally unexpected.

Even Caspian's blue pupils became larger as if he wasn't expecting that.

" Let's go now, unfortunately, mother and father can't say goodbye because they have some business to deal with..." said Red.

We then ride our carriage. Being with the princess made me nervous. I thought her personality's a bit off, but there seems to be nothing wrong. Caspian, were you just exaggerating things?

" By the way, your highness. How old are you?" Lilian broke the deafening silence.

The princess, who's looking at the window while resting her chin on her hand, looked in Lilian's direction.

She then answered in a voice which is completely different from when she introduced herself.

" 15. And don't call me 'your highness', call me by my name instead. Camilla." she said. But her face is saying otherwise.

Cold air filled the carriage.

She became cold, which startled Lilian and me.

I guess what Caspian said is indeed true.

" But that will be a disrespect, your highness." I said, trying to break the icy atmosphere.

" Call me Camilla." She said while her face is emotionless.

" Y-yes Camilla." I said nervously. Lilian's also feeling the same way as me

We then reached the forest. It seems like the boys aren't catching up to us yet, maybe they bought something in the town before we enter the forest.

Minutes later...

The carriage stopped.

And when I looked at the door...

" Oh, for f*ck's sake." I said aloud.

Bandits.

I already expected this, yet it is such a pain in the ass.

And I then realized what I just said.

I quickly covered my mouth and I was startled by how the princess looked at me with a surprised reaction.

I used swear words in front of the princess!

Lilian also was startled.

" O-oh! Please forgive my friend for saying those words! She's always like that!" Lilian said.

But...

Camilla...

grinned.

"...?"

" I'm glad to know that I'm not the only noble lady who likes swearing."

"!!!"

What?!

" P-princess?!" -Lilian.

Pfft!

" fufufu, your brother didn't tell you a thing about me, did he?" she said while grinning.

I smiled.

" Nope, he just said that we'll get along well, and now I know what he meant by that."

And then I remembered that there are bandits outside.

They opened the door by force and pointed a knife at us. He looks like the leader. There are a total of 4 bandits outside.

The coachman can't do a thing because there's also a knife at his neck. But he doesn't seem to be bothered at all.

" Give us all your things! Or we'll hurt you!"

The knife is pointed at me because I'm the nearest person at the door. Camilla is bothered by it but Lilian and I really don't care.

" We have nothing." I answered in a mocking expression.

" You have! Give us the jewels that are hanging around that girl's neck!" He said and pointed the knife at the princess.

I wore stretchable, fitted pants under my dress for situations like this.

" Just wait a moment, Camilla. Leave this to me."

I then grabbed the man's wrist with the knife and used my knee to break his arm. He dropped the knife and screamed

"Ahhh! D*mn you!"

I removed my hat and went outside. The other bandits were troubled by the scream so they all went near me including the man with the knife on the coachman's neck.

I stepped outside and closed the door of the carriage and smiled at the bandits.

" Be thankful that there are no royal guards around, if there are, then you will be undoubtedly executed by your actions towards the princess." I said while faking my smile.

"Huh?"

" Don't worry, I'll make this as fast as I can so there will be less pain."

I suddenly used a roundhouse kick to the other man's neck and knocked him out.

(A/N the roundhouse kick begins by chambering the kicking leg high, followed by turning the hip and snapping the leg outward from the knee. When throwing this kick to the torso or lower body, the practitioner can strike using the top of the foot.)

A properly executed roundhouse kick can be devastating. ... And because it's coming from the side, it's one of the more difficult kicks for the opponent to catch and throw. The downside risk is an injury to the ankle or knee of the attacker if performed improperly. But I can handle this perfectly.

On the other man, I used a stomp kick on his left leg and broke it.

Call me merciless.

But the prince might actually kill me if I fail to protect the princess.

And now, because of how weak they are, I became lazy to use my legs.

The other two charged at me with their knife but I quickly dodged it and grabbed their two wrists with my two hands.

Because of how tight my grip is, they dropped their knife.

I used Tsuki to their faces and they fell and groaned.

In Karate, Tsuki is the term used for punches. These attacks are traditionally delivered with the front two knuckles of the fist, called Seiken (fore-fist). In this section, Tsuki will also refer to spear-hand attacks and techniques performed with the fore-knuckles of the fist.

The man with the broken arm flees while peeing his pants.

" Do you have any injuries anywhere, my lady?" the coachman asked.

" Since when did I have an injury from weak-ass men like them?" I answered.

"Fufufu, there's really nothing to worry about. Good job, my lady."

"Thanks for the compliment."

I soon returned to the carriage and fixed my dress.

" See? I told you it would take only about a minute." Lilian said to Camilla while smiling.

" The sounds... POW BANG AH CRASH, are you alright?" Camilla said.

Ah, of course, she didn't saw me fight mercilessly so maybe she's worried about me. How cute.

" I am 100 percent fine..." I answered.

"..."
