Chapter 13 - Revalation

Monday morning in Teorica was unusually quiet even though there were workers working in the office floors. Teorica belongs to Lucian and is known to be his private company with five floors; three upper floors are for office use and two lower floors are for hostess clubs. In public, Teorica is one of the well-known, luxurious and super exclusive host clubs in Saitama that not only frequent by the richest but also celebrities. Lucian has been able to build his own company for already more than three years after successfully promoted as the highest paid escort boy in the industry.

On the top floor of the building, is a room reserved only for the CEO's office. The room can be accessed directly from the elevator, where one can see a small space for the secretary before heading straight to a huge door with two knobs and the CEO nameplate just on the top right.

The tapping sound from the keyboard can be heard filled the quiet room. It came from the secretary table where Haruka was seen busy typing on his computer. His hands were fast typing while clicking on the mouse at the same time. He needed to be extra thorough and careful, he thought to himself. He knew whatever he was doing will be able to shed some clarity for his boss, Lucian.

Yet, he was feeling a little bit of anger when typing the work he was doing. The meeting that he had with Lucian's previous client, Haruki, had left him with absolutely nothing but hatred and rage. Few days ago, his effort to sneak on Haruki's information was futile as he was immediately caught red-handed by Haruki himself.

"Can't believe he was able to recognized me even though we only met once prior that." He mutters while clicking the print menu on her computer. "Uh, but I guess I am stupid enough to challenge the mind of a yakuza leader," recalling his memories back made him sighed, "it's obvious someone of his caliber, from a clan that extort people for money and pleasure, would definitely be able to caught an immature like me, and to threaten me using mom…"

Haruka clenched his teeth.

"Truly a wicked man, Shinoda Haruki!"

The photocopy machine printed out a great amount of papers and Haruka instantly gathered them into a proper document. He neatly bound the papers and ready to walk into Lucian's room.

Haruka entered Lucian's room while holding the printed document closed to his chest. He walked across the huge room decorated with Lucian's favorite antiques and relics. The furniture was neatly organized and in the middle of the room there were two jointed sofas facing each other, a couch in the middle of the two sofas and a glass table as the center piece.

As he was walking, he could see Lucian's newly hired bodyguard, Chaos, laying leisurely on one of the jointed sofas while playing mobile games. Clearly he was doing his job guarding Lucian who was seen to be in a bored state while staring blankly at his phone home screen.

"Um, morning boss," he greeted.

"If you don't mind, would you spare me some time?" He bravely asked.

Lucian initially looks disinterested.

"It is a complete confidential report about Shinoda Haruki and his clan, the Homura."

Hearing the name coming out from Haruka's mouth clearly broke his peace and boredom. Lucian looked straight at Haruka while Chaos also seems to straighten his pose and glared straight towards him as well. Haruka handed the copies to both of them even though they seemed to make Haruka felt chills through his bones.

Lucian hastily skimmed through the document before taking another detailed look. Meanwhile, Chaos, who seemed make a doubtful look at the document presented to him. It was so obvious from his reaction; the situation did not sit well for Haruka. The information that was gathered about Haruki and the clan should not get easily expose especially when it was exceptionally hidden for confidential purposes. Huh, this guy must be so desperate for life assurance to even cross the line of doxing Haruki's private background, Chaos thought while slightly smirk when reading the document.

"Homura, as you can read in the paper, is the subordinate clan of one of Godai Ichizoku." Haruka started explaining.

"Godai Ichizoku…huh, the five clans that been controlling all major business and assets in Japan." Chaos hissed.

"Recently they have appointed a direct descendant of the previous head as their new leader," Haruka continued, "It was rumored subordinate clans warring each other in order to claim the main seat from Asami clan, therefore, Shinoda Haruki was chosen to be the current head clan of Homura in order to achieve such goal."

"Appointing such a young leader to go against the head of Asami, the young master of this Homura clan must be something, hahaha!" Chaos laughed in amusement.

Haruka nodded in agreement.

"Looking at how the Homura clan has now properly rise after being pushed to the dust by Asami clan many years ago, Shinoda Haruki probably is an astounding leader of a high caliber to be able to go up against one of the main five clans," Haruka found it inevitable to say anything but praises, though it was not what he wanted to say yet the information spoke otherwise. "However, this clan did so many atrocious activities more than the five clans manage to do in public."Haruka's tone changed drastically.

He continued explaining that Homura clan deals with extensive human trafficking across Japan. The clan usually will deceive young men and women from impoverished villages by bringing them to big cities, and later they will be promise of respectable jobs with good wages. Instead, they are forced into becoming the gang members, sex workers and strippers. Haruka revealed that besides human trafficking, Homura clan used to harass stock holders of large corporations. In order to purchase a small stock from companies, they extort members of the board and even threaten them to death.

Hearing how there were too much information going into his head, Lucian took a deep breath and let out a big sighed. He shook his head and properly straightened his back.

"Of all the Godai Ichizoku, why do they need to be under that Asami clan…"

"Of course they had to be that rebellious to claim the seat from the strongest clan in Japan, and Haruki on top of that, is the one who has been leading the Homura after all this while," Lucian pouted, "and I could never even dreamed about him to be involved in all these clans matters."

"So Asami Reiga did not lie about this one sub-clan who has been secretly rising, something that all of the clans need to be aware of," Lucian reminded of memories of the time he used to work for one of Godai Ichizoku, exceptionally Asami clan. Apart from being a professional in the world of escort, Lucian also has innate skills in investigating. He was clearly in denial to imagine Haruki being involved in those shady clans because he himself had never have an ounce of liking to work with yakuza clans more so the Asami. They were known as the strongest despite being second in rank and they also run notorious activities behind the business image they showed in public. He customarily worked as Asami's secret agent so he knew to that extent about the Asami clan.

"I believe you have more information about Haruki, right?" Lucian asked.

"I was about to tell you. I dug more past information about him and I remembered you did mentioned that he was supposed to be in jail as we speak due to his 17 years prison time for a crime he did nearly a decade ago," Haruka halted waiting for Lucian's reaction. When he sees his boss did not even flinched, he continued,"…but he was released 3 months after the trial ended. And it comes to an interesting fact I found about him that he is actually Shinoda Tetsuya's illegitimate son. I heard his father bribed the police to release him early from prison."

Chaos and Lucian composed reaction finally broke into minor body gestures as if they were surprised but immediately came back to their regular senses.

"I didn't know he had a father. In the past, he only ever mentioned about his mom, could be that he did not know about his father being one of the yakuza clan leaders,"

Lucian slightly sunk in thinking mode.

"According to the information that I found which is basically only known among their clan members, but the medical report can be easily found with my expertise," Haruka felt proud of himself for a moment, "His wife was found unable to bear successors for the clan, therefore in order to have heirs directly from his bloodline despite being illegitimate, Shinoda Tetsuya appointed Haruki as the new leader of Homura clan.

"Well, boss, looking at how the Homura seems to be climbing the ladder among the subordinate clans, Haruki may turn to be way more malicious than his old man." Chaos sounded like a warning to Lucian.

"Well I am right we should stay away from him."

"How so? I mean…he might also send you a spy to stalk for your entire life, am I right Chaos?" Haruka looked straight at Chaos just to be brushed away as Chaos nonchalantly returned to lay his back on the sofa.

"Probably." Chaos then replied with a smile on his face.

Then the room went back to being silent, only the sound of the air conditioner oozing cold air around the room could be heard.

Haruka neatly folded the document back as he finally finished reporting the necessaries. He stared at Lucian for a moment, waiting for a conclusion to his report.

Lucian stretched his body and regained his composure. That was an incredible amount of information went into his head that were too much for him to properly dissect and organize, he secretly whined in his head.

"I suddenly grew tired from that information dump. But, it was something that make me very impress of you Asuka, especially your skill to gather deep secrets that only within the clan knew, a job well done, is what I can say right now."

Haruka put on a big smile from the praise, the work that he did out of anger for Shinoda Haruki were not left wasted. He then took out his regular journal that filled with his boss daily schedule. Now, it was time to do regular schedule routine with Lucian, as he normally did every morning.

"Now you may dismiss—"

Lucian was interrupted by Haruka, "Anyway, you got no specific appointment for the whole day, however one of your regular VVIP client, Mr. Hasegawa from the Hasegawa Group Cruise Line had invited you to one of his exclusive annual cruise gathering. The event will be scheduled next Friday evening and the venue will be on one of his luxurious ship called Artemis. Here is the VIP invitation ticket that he sent for you."

"Finally! A well-deserved holiday! Knowing Hasegawa, he won't send an invitation for nothing. I must be giving him some satisfying nights all this while. And yes, I've been dying to ride that famous cruise ship Artemis but—" His eyes changed from glowing in excitement to slightly slanted in irritation, "this also means vacation while working!" He suddenly came to his senses.

"It took you so many sexual nights for him to invite you, and yet you still whine, but once he throws you endless bank notes, you'll be dancing on his toes." Chaos blurted in disgusting tones.

"Heh, try saying that again and you'll be staying here, lone wolf."

"Wait—I am planning of staying here… you don't meant to bring me along, right?" Chaos slightly irked.

"Obviously, Asuka will join us too; make sure to prepare your hottest bikini." Lucian winked to Haruka.

"No, I prefer to not let my body being exposed." Haruka instantly rejected the idea.

"That's an order. You better bring it." Lucian insisted.

"Hahaha! So do I need to wear one too? Which do you prefer boss? Strings or frills?"Chaos finally admitted defeat to Lucian ridiculous request; he could not resist going along with the tease.

"Haha. Very funny."Lucian unamused.

The evening of the annual gathering of Hasegawa Group Cruise Line finally arrived. The port was filled with black limousines loaded with most of the important guests who were invited to the event. A number of securities can be seen guarding the area and only allowed entrance for certain limos with invitation ticket. The cruise can be seen from meters away, glistening with lights all around the ships making it stand out while the sky was slowly getting dark. The cruise name Artemis can be seen written slightly at the right side of the deck.

"Artemis."

"The aroma of wealth."

"My guilty pleasure."

Those were the first thing coming out of Lucian's mouth once he stepped out from his limousine and gazed upon the huge ship in front of him. He was followed by Haruka and Chaos respectively; they walked up to the bridge to embark the ship.

"Lady Lucian of Teorica, you may entered VIP Royal Suite 002 at the third floor." The cruise attendance ushered Lucian and his team to their room after approving the invitation ticket.

They followed the staff until they arrived at a room with the assigned number. Lucian entered the room main area followed by his assistant and bodyguard. The staff retreated after helping to move several luggages into the room. Lucian's eyes wandered around while walking about slowly around the suite. Being super observant to the details, he scanned the suite carefully. It was huge and beautifully decorated with antiques and furniture almost resembled a royal palace, which instantly put a huge smile on Lucian's face. The suite has its own living room, a dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

"Yes, everything is perfect!" He exclaimed.

"So I will definitely get that king sized bedroom, both of you can choose the other two yourself."

Haruka nodded in agreement while Chaos just slammed his body on the long couch being indifferent as he usually was.

"So, aren't you hungry? Do you want me to order some food?" Haruka rested on the couch next to Chaos while rubbing his neck.

Lucian swiped his blond silky hair revealing his topaz earring he wore for that particular day. Swinging the white frilly one piece around with his body, he opened the doors and breathed some fresh sea water air.

"There's no need for that," He turned his face to Haruka.

"I want to explore the cruise at the moment and we still have time before dinner anyway," His face showed the eagerness.

"Later, I won't have time to explore once Hasegawa invited me for dinner. He seems to want to introduce me to his friends, I guess. More friends mean more connections!"

"Aa—so that's how you build your links huh?" Chaos wondered.

Lucian pursed her mouth in a self-satisfied smirked.

"Oh, since you want to go cruising on your own, so does that mean, I get to have some free time on my own?" Chaos asked in intrigue.

"Fine, but I need you to accompany me to the dinner gathering so until then."

"Shit. Look boss, I'm not a gathering-with-old geezers kind of person so I'm going to have to decline," Chaos cursed deep down, "plus, you can just scream my name and I'll immediately come to save you like Superman," he teasingly added.

"Dude, I'm not paying you for lazing around. Let me remind you this; if you don't want to do your job then I will find others who do." Lucian sternly replied.

Chaos just sighed in disappointment. It was inevitable whether he liked it or not, he must do his job properly. Besides it was not because he is afraid of Lucian's direct warning, but because he was covertly doing a double job at the moment. He continued lying down on the couch, crossing his legs while acting busy replying some text in his smartphone.

"Anyway, I'm going to change to my lovely swimsuit, so would you please avert your eyes away from me for a couple of minutes," Lucian cheekily pleaded as he slowly untied the strings around his neck that held together his white one piece.

"Be my guest. I don't peep on Trans, or is that what they called your species?" Chaos laughed but his eyes were still fixated to his smartphone.

"But maybe Miss Haruka will," Chaos turned his gaze to Haruka for a minute.

"What do you mean?" Both Haruka and Lucian were confused.

"Apparently, you might cause her nightmare if you revealed that weird body fusion of yours, boss." Chaos sneered. He would never stop trash-talking Lucian; it was the only thing that made him enjoyed working with Lucian.

"HEY! And I am not a TRANS!" Lucian snapped a little.

"Also, don't go stupidly labeling people around as you like, how rude of you." He sounded sad, he really disliked to be labelled that way by others as he himself did not know how to refer himself. Male? Female? Never mind, he thought.

SMACK! A pillow landed directly to Chaos face and he jolted. It came from Lucian as he playfully giggled when he saw Chaos irritated reaction. Despite being annoyed at constant trolling and teasing from Chaos, Lucian admitted that he still pulled a great job being his bodyguard. Apart from earlier refusal, Chaos had been consistently protecting him especially from recent stalkers that keep appearing around his private office and home.

Lucian's mind wondered again while dressing up in his swimsuit. The vibrant colors with huge flowery decorated pattern as well as hemmed with frills all around the swimsuits, really suited his taste for the evening stroll on the cruise. "Thinking back again, I am amazed to know that the Asami clan really does have some fearful asset," Lucian talked to himself while glanced to once side at Chaos on the couch. He was told by Chaos that he got permission from Asami clan to work for Lucian. This was for the purpose of old connection that Asami and Lucian had, as he conveyed the message to Lucian so he would accept it.

While his mind was busy thinking about the clan and him, he remembered that Haruki was also involved in that world now. Haruki is now the head clan of the Homura, he pondered. Suddenly, he was instantly reminded of Haruka's words when he was presented with Haruki's confidential background last week.

"It's possible that he may send me someone for undercover, and as much as I trust Asami clan, Chaos may also put on a lie and using Asami as a tool to gain my trust," He had finished dressing but somehow his investigative senses randomly activated. As he was deep in thoughts, connecting the dots between Haruki, Chaos and the clans, he was swayed by time.

"You really like to make a bold appearance, do you? I mean we can see a vivid you-know-what right down there." Chaos starred down at the bulging crotch which make the whole bikini set viewed unpleasant.

"Melons and hotdogs both on a body, what a complete package summer meal," Chaos added while mocking Lucian current bikini dress-up. The thought that Lucian had changed his body into having silicone injected breasts while still keeping his penis really had made Chaos slightly disgusted yet at the same time unbothered.

"Say whatever you want, but this is what my clients desired." He was proud by what he created, "They threw me a lot of money just to get a taste of this body. The same money that I use to pay you." Lucian asserted in a definitive tone.

His male body, originally is already beautiful to begin with, however, he wanted to do more in order to satisfy his clients that has different preferences. Because of that, he underwent multiple surgeries to shape up his body with more luscious curved and a pair of solid breasts. Nevertheless, he decided to retain his manhood for clients who like him as who he originally was.

"Look at you! No shit but I think you could be one of the main factors for high suicide rate in Japan." Chaos kept on mocking Lucian.

While Lucian and Chaos were bickering, Haruka silently move to his room. It was their usual habit to squabble whenever they were around in one room, he thought.

Realizing that Haruka was absent, Lucian muddled, "Where's Asuka?"

"He must have gone to puke. His boss being too 18+ can be too shocking for him, hahaha!" Chaos laughed.

Lucian pouted then stormed out after getting tired to argue. Chaos chuckles and went back to texting. It has become a norm for him to win when he bickered with Lucian, mostly because it was not to be taken serious as he likes to joke around and have fun.

"Hey, he's gone already." Chaos shouted.

Haruka immediately opened the door.

"Huu…. That was even more bizarre than before. He didn't even make the effort to cover that part."Haruka exhaled sign of relief.

"You need to be used to that idiot's weird habit by now, it's what he enjoys after all. Anyway, let's get out and have fun too." Chaos randomly suggested.

"Thanks but I'm sorry, I just want to rest in my room." Haruka politely declined.

"No, you're coming with me. We'll be able to see some drama too." Chaos tried to draw some interest to Haruka.

"What drama?" Haruka got intrigued and followed Chaos to the door.

"We'll find out soon, but first, I want to eat some ice cream." Chaos seemed happy to finally baited Haruka into going with him.

"Uh—huh.You're surprisingly got sweet tooth."

"Yeah.I enjoy sweet food. It boost both my energy and mood overall."

They went for a walk together around the cruise. They could hear loud music came from the deck where the event was mostly held. Currently there was a party going on as guests were seen in their swimsuits flocking to the deck area. There were also some who wandering around the ship or just idling around the café area.All of that did not bother both Chaos and Haruka as they were relaxing on the bench, eating ice cream. At a corner near the place they were seating, they could finally spotted Lucian who was talking with several men. The men were clearly some company head or public figures, who typically the type of guests that were invited to the event. The amount of connections that Lucian made definitely blown the mind of Chaos upon seeing him with those two men.

While browsing his phone casually, he stumbled upon tabloid news about Lucian and a male supermodel named Junho. It was recent news reported two days ago. The news, being a tabloid, was written in exposing a scandal between Lucian and the young supermodel.

"Yesterday with a young supermodel and today with old aristocrats? Lucian is definitely not your regular service boy. I mean he gets to mingle with top dogs in the business industry. Even with the young master Haruki. So, care to tell me about him?"

"Since when you're this interested in Lucian? I thought you're the type who doesn't care of anything around you."Haruka questioned.

"Nah, man. Just bored."

Haruka were still not convinced. "Wait—how are you going to make me believe that you aren't going to use the given information to your dear Master Haruki?"

"Hn, dude, It's just out of my own curiosity, I am totally in the blind about Lucian, even Master Haruki hasn't revealed anything to me," Chaos seriously replied, gaining Haruka trust.

Haruka gave a hard glare at Chaos, it was not to lift his suspicion off of him but to intimidate him. Chaos did not flinched nor felt overwhelmed; as a result, Haruka finally gave in.

"Alright. If you really want to know about him, I will go as briefly as I can."

"As you have probably known by now, he's very famous among the rich men. Lucian can be considered as having nearly the status of a celebrity. If you go to any bars, there's basically none who didn't recognize him. He even got himself involved with the topmost celebrities and Leo Junho, the supermodel that you mentioned just now, is also one of them. Junho comes from a huge household name in Japan; his family consists of famous celebrities and also being semi related to the Asami clan. Because of that, Lucian is kind of indirectly affiliated with the yakuza."

Haruka fed himself a bit of the ice cream before he continued, "Apart from being an escort, Lucian also worked for yakuza clans when deem necessary. He helped them to get information specifically using his body, even though; he applied his investigative skill at times and clearly very good at that too. Recently, he worked for the Asami clan since being closed to famous people like Junho enables him to spread his connection wide even reaching the Godai Ichizoku."

Chaos attentively listened. He did not want to interrupt Haruka.

"Regarding his business, the sales continue to soars and we've yet reached the peak of the chart. Also, he used to be on the cover of Times Japan, being one of young successful millionaires. Well, you can say that he is currently the number one highest paid escort in the country."

Haruka finished his explanation with a satisfied face. Hearing himself talking about Lucian, he felt honored to be working under such an amazing figure, though Lucian can be a weird boss at times.

"Phew~ honestly, that sounds amazing though it does not seem brief to me." Chaos finally responded while still having the time to tease Haruka.

"Ah, sorry. Perhaps I did not realize it as I went along." Haruka apologized.

"So tell me, Lucian seemed to be a normal boss from the outside, but he has actually done so many irregular jobs and involved with many suspicious people, but you still choose to work with him? Was it because you need money that badly?"

The question definitely hit Haruka at the right spot, though he did not hesitated to answer, "Yeah, it's no use to deny that Lucian has been helping me with the medical bills for my mother. Because of that, I can work and be able to support myself well. Though lately, Lucian was in a foul mood since Shinoda Haruki appeared, both have been bullying my state of mind and sometimes I just questioned my sanity over and over again."

"It's obvious when you involved yourself with two crazy monsters who are actually longing for each other despite showing otherwise. But yeah, tough luck for you man. Though I kind of agree, threatening you using your sick mom, that was truly cruel for a weakling like you." Chaos tried to be logical.

"I appreciate the thought even it is not like you to sympathize with weaklings. Sometimes, I can't tell whether you're trying to be sarcastic or being plain honest."Haruka simply took Chaos words of comfort as it was.

"Consider it as a token of our trust in each other. Oh, speaking about Haruki I think he should be here by now."

"Haruki is here too?"

"Well he needs to be. Lucian is not the only with huge connections. And as a part of my job, I also need to report every move about Lucian to him," Chaos reiterated.

"Oh lord, promise me that you only report about Lucian well doing, NOT what I've just shared earlier." Haruki warned him.

"Jeez, calm down. Probably I don't even have the need to report anything. He must be currently watching Lucian in secret." Chaos rested his hands both behind his head.
