With his friends, can he overcome his mental health and lead this world filled with countless horrors into peace? While he made many friends and allies, he also made many enemies, some that he has yet to meet.
"Why do I feel like someone wants me very dead? Nah, it's probably nothing."
Rodeo was currently alone in the cafeteria with no one around since most of them went back home or were engrossed with research. He was fiddling with his phone when he heard the door open and there was Dr. Amelia Buck.
"Hi, Rodeo." Amelia greeted him as she waved at him.
"Hi Amelia." Rodeo said, waving her off, "You and Green not going home today?"
"After what happened with D4C a week back, I… no, we feel like that if we step out of the site, a disaster might strike again, so yes, we're not going home for today, and we do have our own sleeping quarters here."
"So, basically, you're worried and paranoid at the same time."
"More or less." Amelia nodded, then sat across on the opposite side of the table and added, "So I heard from Green your mission went well back in Spain."
"Yeah, he did." Rodeo said as he placed his phone back to his stomach compartment, "SCP-3199s are rapidly expanding their territories and nests, and they even planned an ambush for us, so that means their intelligence is growing a little bit as well."
"I see. I also heard that you have an argument with Dr. Logan."
"...Yes, the guy doesn't give a damn about what we do and blames us for making things difficult just simply because we exist in this world."
"Dr. Logan can be strict with his job and less caring when it comes to casualties and Scps… and is a complete jerk."
Rodeo chuckled, "Jerk is a fine word for him."
"I wouldn't mind referring to him as Dr. Jerk."
They both laughed softly until Rodeo piped up about another matter.
"Regarding D4C, we still haven't found him yet, and he's keeping himself very well hidden after the incident." He added, "I'm glad we didn't have massive containment breaches that day."
"True, but staff morale has dropped, and D-class have been less… cooperative than before." Amelia expressed concern, recalling reports of fourteen incidents of D-classes being aggressive against the guards and researchers; even the nice ones weren't happy, and it was just the first week since the attack. "He played his cards very well."
"Too well, actually. His method of attack was both mental and physical in scope, and when combined with his abilities and the Stands he had at his disposal, he won."
"Then we will prepare better than them and win next time."
"Right." Rodeo said with a smile, before asking, "How's Collingwood and Lawrence holding up these days?"
"They are doing great, but they are gaining a Stand and now under foundation radar and what D4C did, it's been a little bit hard for them to accept their Stands and forget the incident." Amelia explained, "They've been practicing with them, but Molly's Stand didn't show any special ability yet while Lawrence's Stand on the other hand is doing well, its blades are incredibly dangerous and quite effective in combat."
"I see." Rodeo scratched his chin and asked solemnly, "As for my requests for 343 or other reality bending Scps?"
"I did send the requests two days ago, but again the request was denied."
"I thought maybe 343 or the other reality benders might give us the exact location instantly." Rodeo sighed, "But the O5 just want us to get it done ourselves rather than use the easy way."
"Well, you can't always use the easy way to get something. Sometimes you just have to work hard for it."
"That is correct, but given our current circumstances, we might need their help more than ever."
"Agreed, but again, the O5's word is law here in the foundation."
"I know."
Amelia leaned closer to him and said, "Rodeo, while I might have been cold in my old days and kept my old monsters of the past hidden, but after meeting you, I slightly believe in your goal of a peaceful world in the Scp world. It's just that it's gonna be a long road." she stated.
"It's still a long road for all of us, but how long until I break or snap due to the madness that is going on right now and my Ptsd worsening?" Rodeo questioned, his eyes filled with concern.
Amelia held the right side of his face with her palm and replied, "You won't Rodeo."
"Thank you." Rodeo said, "I'm still grateful to have you as a mother figure here in the foundation."
"Me too." Amelia smiled, "Now go to your room. It's getting late, and I'm pretty sure your friends are planning to watch or play something tonight."
Rodeo's eyes widened as he heard her words, "Oh snap! We were actually going to watch something. Thanks for the reminder."
"You're welcome." Amelia replied as she watched Rodeo exit the cafeteria.
"Quite the strong bond you have with him."
Hearing another voice behind her, Amelia whirled around and found Jones standing next to a wall with his arms crossed.
"How long have you been standing there?"
"That's an old cliche question to ask, is this a tv show or movie?" Jones asked sarcastically.
"Just asking."
"Well long enough to see you two talking like mother and son at least that's what I think. Are you thinking of adop-"
"No!" Amelia shouted, blushing in embarrassment.
"All right… then."
"Sir, I-"
"Don't worry, I won't tell the O5 about the type of bonding you have with Rodeo, and I believe he needs someone like you to help him in difficult times."
"With all due respect, site director," Amelia sighs, "I know he might not break or snap in anger, but after the many things Rodeo is going through, I fear the worst for him." She scoffed, "I know it's stupid coming from a scientist like me who has always taken her job seriously and being the daughter of a cold hearted man like Dr. Numita… to have emotions for an entity."
"True, your father never really was a fan of Scps. He only sees them, even the harmless ones as abominations and things only meant to be researched, tools and nothing more, but you can't let your emotions cloud your judgment when it comes to certain Scps like 682 or others of the Keter or Euclid categories who only want death and destruction."
"I know." Amelia nodded and glanced down in distress.
"Also, Finn went on a solo mission yesterday involving the Global Occult Coalition." Jones stated, "We're gonna brief him tomorrow."
"I wonder how it went."

*Music Play — Team Fortress 2 Soundtrack | Drunken Pipe Bomb*
[Meet Soft & Wet]
Finn McLean, the one who has become Soft & Wet who was currently wearing his high-tech armor, was fleeing down a hallway as explosions erupted behind him. As he jumped out a window, everything behind him exploded and the entire scene freezes. Then Finn's voice could be heard as the background froze.
"What makes me a good Stand?"
——————————————————————
Flashing forward to the interview room, Finn was sitting on a chair with a table in front of him, and on the other side of the table was Jones who was listening to him.
"Well if I were a bad Stand I wouldn't be sitting here and discussing with ya now would I?!"
"Uhhh…" Jones froze in his seat as he listened to Finn's yellings.
——————————————————————
"LEEEEET'S DOOOOOOOOOOO ITTTTTTT!" he bellowed.
Finn then sprints along a large room, dodging incoming fire from GOC soldiers while also firing back his bubbles at them at the same time.
"Not one of you is gonna survive this!"
——————————————————————
"A tiny bit of jojo logic, a few dozen bubbles made of spin, a bit of plundering, and one piece of fire in them, and everything goes KA-BLOOEI!"
——————————————————————
In a flashback, Finn was running down a corridor with a GOC soldier chasing him with a flamethrower. Then Finn made two bubbles and sent them towards his face, and the bubbles exploded on his eyes, blinding him.
"My eyes!"
Due to his blindness, he by mistakely steps on a wet floor without noticing it and slips down the corridor at a high speed, and crashes into the door of a storage room.
"Ha!"
——————————————————————
Flash forward to the interview room, Jones was writing down every detail of what Finn was saying as Finn continued detailing his mission. Every bit of it.
——————————————————————
Returning to the flashback, Finn was sprinting towards a GOC soldier who was wielding a metal riot shield and manning a machine gun turret. As the soldier continued firing at him, the bullets were being tanked by the shield that was forming within the base. Then Finn releases some bubbles, which contain fire in them into the vents. The bubbles came out of the vents on the wall behind the soldier and exploded on him in a fiery explosion.
——————————————————————
In the interview, Jones then noticed him beginning to speak in a sorrowful and melancholy tone later in their conversation.
"I'm a goddamn 25-year-old Scottish boy turned into a bizarre thing known as a Stand and literally dropping bad guys with soap bubbles. The Foundation, Jojo universe, and the Doom franchise got more [BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP] than they have the likes of me!" he said truthfully.
"... Oh ._."
Then he continued his explanation and went back to his serious tone, "So! To all you fine dandies out there who are proud so bloody sure prancin' about with your heads full of eyeballs and world destruction. Come and get me and my team, I say to them! We'll be waitin' on ya with a whiff of the old brimstone! I'm the grim bloody fable who'll give them a cruel and unhappy bloody end!"
——————————————————————
As the flashback unfolds, Finn makes a right turn in the corridor and spotted ten GOC soldiers heading towards his direction, one of which was armed with a minigun and had a wide smile on his face. Finn then quickly turns around and flees as the GOC soldiers chase him down. As Finn sprints up the stairs, he reaches the exit door, opens it, and goes through it but stops as he notices something.
Looking at the entrance door, he grinned mischievously.
So, he created a slew of numerous bubbles hidden on the corners of the opening doors, each of which contained fire. The GOC soldiers hurried up the stairs, seeing the exit door with Finn at the end, they ran towards him. However, as the GOC soldiers were now too close, they suddenly noticed bubbles hidden on both sides of the entryway.
"!"
Knowing it's a trap, the GOC soldiers attempt to retreat. However, when Finn gave them a two-finger salute, the bubbles detonated and exploded on their faces, annihilating them completely in a blazing explosion.
"Hahahahahaha! Oh they're gonna have to glue you all back together… IN HELL!"
——————————————————————
"And that's my story."
"Thank you for telling me about your mission through your own words." Jones said, smiling at his cooperation, forgetting his strange behavior he's been listening to for a full minute and forty-six seconds, "I also heard from the intelligence division that the information you got from the GOC base involved something about... a new technology for a new type of advanced warfare."
"Aye. I was able to get my hands on some classified documents; some of them were in a bathroom for some reason, but I gave it to your Intelligence division, and it involved something about... exo-suits."
"That's why the Global Occult Coalition has been silent for some time. They're getting themselves an upgrade without our knowledge." Jones concluded.
"Aye, but I did read some of the documents and it said they were done with the testing stages of the suit, so these things are really ready for warfare now, and I expect they might use it on us very soon."
Jones let out a sigh, "The O5 Council is not going to like this news. We've already had enough problems with the Chaos Insurgency, the Stand factions, and the ones responsible for the Vegas incident."
Agreeing with his assertion, Finn then noticed an Scp guard enter the room and approach closer to Jones and whispered something to him, which caused Jones' eyes to widen.
"What do you mean the argent crystal has been stolen?!"
Hearing the site director's exclamation, Finn grimaced, "Ah hell! Here we go again, lads."

In the testing chambers, Michelle was assisting Molly trying to unlock or at least activate the abilities of her Stand, 'Bad Moon Rising', something she'd been trying to do since she got it a week ago. Lawrence, on the other hand, was cutting down crash test dummies with his Stand, Ain't No Grave's blades and seemed to be doing great with it.
However, he was aware there are other capabilities and abilities his Stand might have that he was unaware of, but not knowing it may have shuddered anyone who knew about it.
"Think, focus, and concentrate, Molly." Michelle instructed her.
"I'm trying." Molly said, urgently attempting to trigger her Stand's power for once.
"THINK MOLLY, CONCENTRATE!"
"Ahhh!"
Finally, some small objects started to materialize around Bad Moon Rising, just to vanish again. Nonetheless, Molly's face lit up with delight when she saw it.
"😉👌 Neat-o. This is the progress we're looking for alright." Michelle proudly stated to Molly and looked at her Stand.
"Dune."
Meanwhile in another area, Ain't no Grave sliced down another dummy twenty meters away from him by simply swinging one of his arm blades vertically in an arc, sending a light slash and as to Lawrence's surprise, the light slash sliced the air as if it slice space itself, alongside the dummy into two. Furthermore, Lawrence noticed a large scar on the wall behind the dummy that was made out of hardened steel. When Lawrence examined it thoroughly, he discovered that the deep scar reached over ten meters in depth. What shocked him the most was learning that the steel wall was entirely composed of thick tungsten steel.
To think his Stand's attack was able to slice through it like cleaving through water.
"Holy crap, his Stand has incredible power to it when it comes to Kars' blades and precision strikes, maybe even better than his." Michelle commented quietly as she examined Lawrence's Stand in the distance with the same surprised expression as him, then placed her fingers in her chin and mused, "I wonder what else it might be capable of though."
At that moment, something disrupts her thoughts. Michelle looks at the source and sees Finn enter the chamber by forcibly kicking the door open in a hurry.
"Finn, what's the-"
"We have a problem!"
