Aang, I Have A Feeling You're Using Me...

Asuka entered the class, having slight bed hair from waking up late.

He first tried to set his hair while also searching for Jessica, not finding her anywhere he was now quite relieved, or else if he was late even a few seconds he knew some kind of punishment was waiting for him.

Asuka then searched the whole class for an empty seat, fortunately, he spotted the same one he had taken yesterday, next to the window.

And the same guy from yesterday who was sitting with him, The problem was, he now knows who that guy is, Grey!

The only person he can't sit with at least for now. Grey, who was looking outside a moment ago lost in his thoughts, felt stares, making his attention turn towards Asuka, again forcing Asuka to look away awkwardly.

Desperate for an alternative, Asuka spotted Aang sitting in the second row beside a quiet girl. "Hey, Aang, how are you doing?" Asuka calls out, sounding a bit nervous.

Aang glances up, a small playful grin forming on his face. "Yeah, doing fine, I guess. Just waiting for the money," he replies, trying to figure out the reason behind Asuka's sudden greetings.

"Uh, about that," Asuka begins, scratching his head, "I wanted to talk to you about something important."

Aang raised an eyebrow, a bit intrigued. "What?"

"Can we sit together?" Asuka asked, his voice timid and almost pleading. "It'll take a while to discuss. So... Hmm"

Aang looked at Asuka with puzzled gazes for a moment but then simply nodded, noticing Asuka was in some kind of problem.

Turning towards the girl next to him, Aang gestured toward another available seat, the one beside Grey, signalling her to move there.

Without making any kind of fuss, She quietly gathers her things and moves out.

"Sorry for troubling you," Asuka said, with a polite smile as she was halfway there. She simply responds with a nod, her expression still indifferent.

Grey, watching the whole scene from his window seat, gave out a playful smirk as Asuka settled next to Aang, even a small playful chuckle escaped his mouth, watching Asuka's face when he apologised to the girl.

"So, what did you wanted to talk about?" Aang asked, leaning back in his chair.

Asuka takes a deep breath, adjusting his tone to sound less anxious. "Well, actually," he starts, "my family cut off my funds. I don't have the money, so it's going to be hard to arrange it to pay you back."

On that Aang chuckles lightly, almost as if he expected this. "Oh, I figured that might happen," he said, looking at Asuka.

Frowning in confusion Asuka questioned, "Then why did you loan me the potion?"

Asuka sits next to Aang, shifting uncomfortably.

Aang smirked and leaned towards Asuka, lowering his voice. "Because I know a way for you to pay me back,"

"What do you mean?" Asuka gave out puzzled Expressions his voice escalating.

"Relax," Aang replies. "It's something you can handle. It's actually the real reason I gave you the potion in the first place."

Aang then looks towards the front. "We will act like we are sick and move out of this place, first."

"Why?"

"Just because I said so. If you don't like it, then return my money."

"Fine," Asuka agrees reluctantly, still feeling uneasy. 'Maybe sitting with Grey would've been better,'

Just then, the classroom door swung open, and Jessica walked in, a stack of papers in her hand. Her sharp eyes looked through the entire class, and then her voice rang out, clear and commanding.

"Trainees, listen up. When I call your name, come to the front."

She glanced at her papers and read aloud, "Jane Cromwell, Grey Riverdale, and Leo Miller."

Jane, Grey, and Leo exchanged bewildered looks before making their way to the front. Leo's face tightened with worry. 'Did they find out I was trash-talking about the guild?' he thought, anxiety building up.

'What are they going to do with me now?' Leo thought as Jessica came near him, patting his back, Jessica continued, "These three scored the highest in the entrance exam. So as a reward, they can demand anything from the guild."

Jane was the first to raise her hand. "Can I get the body of a dead END?" she asked, her voice steady but eager.

Jessica burst into laughter. "An END? That's way too much. Try something within 5 million dollars."

Jane thought for a moment, then nodded. "Okay, how about a dead C-grade monster?"

Jessica considered it and then nodded back. "Yes, that can be arranged." Then, she quickly recorded it in her CAD.

Next, Grey raised his hand, "Can I have the best possible gun within the allowed amount?" he asked, looking directly at Jessica.

Jessica again recorded it and replied, "Alright, that's noted. Now, what about you, Leo?" She turned to him, her gaze expectant.

Leo, unable to hide his perverted eyes, staring hard at her Ass. Jessica's expression soured with disgust, but she still kept her composure. "If you don't have a request, I'll just add credits to your squad," she said, her voice sharp.

Blushing and clearly flustered, Leo hesitated before speaking, "No, uh, can I have you for one night?" His eyes moved downward, as he said in a perverted tone.

Jessica's face twisted in disgust. "Disgusting," she moved her eyes on her CAD, quickly marking down 200 points for Squad 4.

"No wait, I was just kidding..." Leo started to protest, but Jessica had already turned away.

Ignoring him, she walked to the front of the class and declared, "Alright, let's begin today's lecture."

Before she could start, Aang stood up, clutching his stomach, his face pale. "Ma'am, we're not feeling well," he said weakly.

Jessica's face formed a frown. "What?" she asked, her eyes narrowing with suspicion.

"Can we leave for today?" Aang continued his voice barely above a whisper.

Jessica glanced between them, her suspicion clear. "Fine, I'll have the health department check on you," she said, her tone sceptical.

Aang and Asuka exchanged quick glances and, leaning on each other for support, they slowly moved towards the exit.

As they passed, Jane, still standing near her seat, frowned at Asuka, her eyes full of confusion and suspicion.

Asuka caught her look but chose to ignore it for now.

Once outside, Aang turned to Asuka, a grin forming on his face. "Hey, what grade are you currently in?"

"E," Asuka replied in a weak voice, still in his act.

"I guess it's good enough," Aang said. "There's an unauthorized dungeon near Italy that opened two days ago. I got this information from my informants. We're heading there now."

Asuka's eyes widened in surprise. "What? A dungeon raid? For an E-grade warden? And an unauthorized one at that?"

Noticing Asuka's questioned looks, Aang patted him on the back, looking confidently ahead. "Don't worry. I've got experience with these things. It's a low-level dungeon, and on that, I've already put together a team. So there is no need to worry, and this will be good for both of us."

"But dungeon raids can take days," Asuka again Questioned, furrowing his brows. "How are we supposed to manage that with the Black Dragon's rules?"

"How many questions do you have?" Aang snapped. "I've already talked it with the health department. They'll cover for us. Now, stop worrying."

As they talked, two workers in blue uniforms approached, carrying identical uniforms in their hands. "Master Aang, here are the uniforms you requested," one of them said, handing the clothes over before walking away.

Aang tossed a uniform to Asuka. "Put this on. Quickly."

In a flash, they wore the uniforms and made their way through the hallway to the canteen.

From there, they slipped into the main kitchen, Aang led the way to a hidden tunnel that directly connected to outside the training camp.

"Follow me," Aang whispered, motioning for Asuka to crawl into the tunnel.

After about 15 minutes, they emerged outside, landing with a thud in the dumpster area outside the camp.

Asuka wrinkled his nose in disgust and glared at Aang. "That tunnel reeked! And it was full of trash. Couldn't you manage a better way?"

"Shut up. This is the only route without security cameras. Now, let's get moving. My team has already booked our flight."

Brushing off the dirt and garbage, they hurried out of the dumpster area and stopped a cab. They climbed in and headed straight for the airport.
