Suddenly, I was waiting for a text, a call, or any notifications from you.

Waiting to see your name on the screen of my phone.

Waiting for a "ding" and hoping that it's from you.

Suddenly, I was constantly waiting for you.

And as I sit here, I think of the times you make me smile.

Without even trying.

Without even doing something extravagant.

I sit here, smiling, without you doing anything.

Inevitably, I fell.

I fell for those eyes of yours as you stare into mine.

I fell for those small things you do that makes me feel seen.

I fell for that smile that appears on your face when I do something stupid.

Inevitably, without even noticing it, I became yours.
