Eyeing a butcher's stall out in the distance, I mentally cataloged everything I needed to buy for this thing to work. If I went for maximum flavor, I'd have to add a bunch of vegetables into the stock which would probably get too expensive for someone that just needed it to serve fast food to the masses. So maybe I'll just go for onions then. For the meat, I'd probably go for the cheapest cuts available. I'd even go for bones if it was handily available. Chicken and beef, probably. That'd be decent. Or, maybe....
My mind whirred at the possibilities even after I had found myself in front of the butcher's stall. My eyes scanning the produce for whatever's available, I raised an eyebrow at the lack of shvt cuts on display as I made my query, "Where're the cheap cuts?"
