According to my analysis, the body automatically combines spiritual energy and vitality energy to form chakra. It seems that the laws of this universe differs from your previous universe starting from this point. [Answer:Yes, I'm getting to that.I've also found two things that may promote your chakra growth.]

[Understood: I have found that nature energy has the properties of nurturing the body cells thus promoting the vitality energy production.To achieve this,you will need to circulate nature energy through your blood vessels.]

(AN:This is something I added for MC's growth.This will not be only one as I envisioned my MC depends on the knowledge and information he gets from Raphael to get stronger and stronger , not on the bullsh*t lucky encounters or something like that.)

'Ohhh that's great.....but ....won't I turn into...ya know....like a toad or stone or tree by absorbing nature energy??'

[Answer:You don't have to worry about that.The reason why people turn into those when absorbing nature energy is because the nature energy is contaminated with various intents from the environment.For example, the nature energy in Mt.Myoboku is contaminated with Toad and earth intents so absorbing too much of that nature energy can result in turning into a toad or a Statue. But by using {Synthesis/Separation},I have managed to separate pure nature energy and intents.]

(AN:I believe this is not changing canon but using the unexplained details to my adventage. From this I can justify why no one had used this method to increase vitality energy in original as : not only separating intents from nature energy can only be done by Raphael but also for this method to be effective, you'd have to circulate precise amount of nature energy in your blood vessels continuously for a long time, so only MC with Raphael can do this.)

'Oh, is that so.But how am I supposed to do that- running the nature energy through my blood vessels- thing?'

[Answer:Yes, it will produce massive amount of spiritual energy.Combined with nature energy nurturing your cells and promoting production of vitality energy, your Chakra growth will be significantly faster than your peers.

At early stages, it may not be too obvious, as to be termed as abnormal, but as the other's chakra growth slow down as they age, your's will only grow faster and faster as I will have more spare energy to do more calculations and processings, thus, producing more spiritual energy, and your body will become stronger and better, thus can withstand more nature energy passing through your blood vessels and in turn producing more vitality energy.]

In initial stages,your spiritual energy output will surely be much higher than my body's vitality energy output and if there's massive amounts of spiritual energy, wouldn't there be like ying-yan imbalance or something? [Answer:You don't have to worry about that. I will perfectly balance the spiritual and vitality energy ratio.And the excess spiritual energy will be used to bolster up your mindscape and it's defences. The benefits will be - clearer and shaper mind, more potent genjutsu and resistance to genjutsu.]

[Alert:The automatic conversion of Spiritual and vitality energy to Chakra is still in early stages.And according to the memories analyzed, the Sage Chakra (Senjutsu Chakra) is superior in all aspects than normal chakra.Thus I suggests drawing in nature chakra into chakra centre(blue flame thingy in the comments)continuously and create Sage chakra (Senjutsu Chakra) starting now to be in permanent sage mode.]

AN:In this chapter,it may feel like Raphael is leading MC around the nose but other ideas will be different.I promise. My vision is that MC gives intuitive and creative ideas as a human while Raphael deals with precise calculations ,handling massive informations and background tasks.
