I Am Not Angry

"Right, Manager Su, this is Manager Shen who passed the assessment last time. He is my boyfriend," Lin Caier said, head bowed and teeth clenched.

"Silly girl, you're making things worse for me again!" Shen Lang couldn't help but complain inwardly.

The current Manager Su is his fiancée. The way Lin Caier explained it, Su Ruoxue would surely misunderstand to what extent.

"So what if she is? So what if she isn't?" Shen Lang replied calmly.

As soon as he said that, Shen Lang could visibly see Su Ruoxue's body tremble slightly.

Although she quickly regained her icy expression, Su Ruoxue must not be feeling good right now.

But his actions seemed a bit shameless. Even though Su Ruoxue might not have feelings for him, saying such things would still hurt her.

Her nominal fiancé actually admitted in front of so many people that another woman is his girlfriend! This is undoubtedly trampling on her, Su Ruoxue's, dignity.

Su Ruoxue remained calm. She nodded slightly and said, "I've more or less understood what happened. Manager Gao, go back and write a resignation report for me."

Gao Jun was scared stiff and sat down on the ground.

Outside the president's office, Shen Lang knocked on the door.

"Come in," came a cold voice from inside.

Shen Lang pushed open the door and walked in.

He originally thought Su Ruoxue would explode upon seeing him, but her behavior was calmer than Shen Lang imagined.

Su Ruoxue was flipping through documents on her desk as if nothing had happened.

"Ahem... um..." Shen Lang was about to speak, but Su Ruoxue suddenly interrupted.

"Manager Shen, should you explain something to me?" Su Ruoxue said, looking down at the documents with a calm tone tinged with sarcasm.

"Well..." Shen Lang's face reddened slightly with embarrassment. He thought for a while but didn't know how to begin.

Su Ruoxue chuckled softly, "Shen Lang, you're quite capable. Quietly, you joined my company and found such a beautiful and obedient girlfriend outside."

"Wifey, are you... jealous?" Shen Lang changed his approach, shamelessly asking.

"I'm not angry," Su Ruoxue said calmly.
