Darren led Lana away from the bar after a minor altercation had ensued. Lana has forcibly pulled away from David until Harry could not properly say goodbye. As she was being dragged away, Lana saw Harry standing by the customer's table watching what had happened.
Now, Lana is in Darren's car. She don't know where he wanted to take her.
"Where do you want me to go, Darren?" Lana whined.
"Going home," Darren answered briefly, he glanced at Lana, "or do you want me to take it to my house?"
"No!" Lana hastily replied with a panicked expression. She didn't want to be held hostage by him anymore.

They have now arrived at Lana's house. She couldn't believe that Darren knew his home address without her telling him.
Is Darren a stalker or what?
Come to think of it, Lana was also confused as to why Darren was there when they had not previously communicated or exchanged news of each other's whereabouts.
"How did you know I was there?" Lana asked as she got out of Darren's car.
"You're not going to let me into the house?"
Lana snorted as Darren shifted their conversation. "Please come in," she said, letting Darren in by inviting him into the house.
Darren looked around Lana's house ignoring the woman. He was standing in the living room area when Lana put her bag on the sofa.
"Are you following me?" asked Lana bluntly. She felt confused and curious when she saw Darren suddenly appear at the bar he went to.
"No."
"So you were there by chance, then?"
"Not really."
Lana bit her lower lip with an annoyed expression. All the answers Darren gave were ridiculous. The man didn't even really look at him while they were talking. Darren is more focused on the contents of his house.
"Is it true that you are the owner of the STRAY WHITE company?"
"Hmm."
Darren walked away from Lana. He approached the bookshelf and was intrigued by some of the photo frames placed there. Photo of a small child on a swing with two adults on the left and right smiling happily.
"It's you?" Darren took the photo and showed it to Lana.
Lana hastily wrung her childhood photo out of Darren's hands and hid it behind her.
Darren chuckled a little at Lana's reaction. He then captured another photo when Lana was a teenager. Subconsciously, the corners of his lips formed a small smile.
"Stop looking at other people's photos, Darren!" Lana hastily moved to cover all the photos on the shelf with her body. Now, Lana was standing right in front of Darren who was looking at her with his dark black eyes.
"In exchange, you want me to see the real version of you?" Darren bent half of his body. One hand rested on the bookshelf while the other touched Lana's chin.
Lana brushed Darren's hand on her chin. "Did you know I work at your company?"
"Of course, i know."
Suddenly, Lana felt uneasy. "Did they accept me because you asked for it?"
"Yes," Darren replied with a relaxed expression. Lana held her breath as Darren brought her face closer. "Why? You feel annoyed and want to resign?"
Should Lana do it?
On the other hand, Lana felt cheated. Darren knew that he worked at his company and purposely told his staff to take him to work there. That means Lana got the job not because of hard work or luck, but because of Darren.
"If your mind, you can give me your letter of resignation right now," said Darren, "I'm fine."
Lana was silent. She looked at Darren who looked at her with defiant eyes. The man was testing it.
"No."
"No?" Darren repeated Lana's answer. One of his eyebrows raised.
"Who said I objected and wanted to resign? I'll take this as another good fortune of mine."
Darren chuckled. "Luck? Up to you."
Lana didn't care what Darren thought about her. What is clear, is currently Lana needs the job to still be here. She doesn't want to be kicked out of her own hometown and make Stefanny win.
Darren moved away from Lana and on reflex, Lana took a deep breath. She hastily moved sideways to put some distance between the two.

Lana came back from the kitchen with two glasses of drink on the tray she had brought with her. She set it down on the table and saw Darren still wandering around the living room looking around.
"Stop exploring my house, Darren," Lana told him. The house is not a museum to be seen in such detail.
"You drew this?" Darren asked. He showed the sketch of the book into the air.
Lana hurried over to Darren. The man found her personal book containing the designs of the clothes she drew. She picked it up and put it back on the bookshelf.
"I used to draw clothes designs for Stefanny a lot," said Lana, "before I knew her real evil nature," she continued. Lana's expression turned gloomy.
In the past, Lana used to make clothes designs for Stefanny because she knew Stefanny had her own boutique. There have been so many designs of clothes that she made for her without any intention of asking for anything in return. But who would have thought that Stefanny was an evil stepmother? She took another of her shirt designs to produce in her boutique and pretended that she had drawn them herself.
"I made you some hot tea. Have a drink," Lana said changing the subject. She immediately walked to the living room area while leaving Darren. The man followed her from behind and sat on the sofa in front of Lana.
"I don't drink tea," said Darren.
"Why didn't you tell me? I already made it for you!" cried Lana in annoyance. Why is that guy so annoying? The fact that Darren is currently the boss at her place of work really frustrates her.
"You didn't ask me."
"But at least— never mind! Just forget it."
When Darren just stayed silent while watching her, Lana turned awkward and embarrassed. Especially with his deep gaze as if Darren was trying to sink her into the dark seabed. Added to that the corners of his lips smirked. The combination of a charming and seductive taste makes Lana always unable to move at all.
Suddenly Lana remembered all the events that happened between them. The times when he and Darren wrestled in bed without even getting dressed. When every inch of her body was touched by Darren's fingers and lips.
Lana's cheeks instantly heated up as the image of Darren's naked athletic body flashed through her mind. Her body stiffened, her eyes widened in shock when their eyes met and Lana realized the reaction the man was grinning. It was as if Darren knew what was in Lana's mind right now.
"You really are a naughty girl, Lana," said Darren, which suddenly made Lana startled.
