Chapter 30 | Jedi Learning about the Sith

It's been a couple of days since the Republic and the Empire created their treaty. The CIS has not made any move as the fact of both of the enemies are now working together. They might have been winning against the Republic but the Empire is way out of their league.

POV Palpatine

Palpatine is getting frustrated nothing is going to plan. everything was going perfectly the King of the Sith just appeared out of nowhere. making himself known to the Galaxy at first he thought nothing was wrong as it would make it easier to hide his nature from the Jedi.

As well as giving him the chance of taking control of the Sith. which was hidden from the rest of the galaxy. all he had to do was take care of Jake after he knew where the rest of the Sith are. but now he can't do that as Jake is too guarded for him to get the chance.

So his last chance to get rid of him was to have the CIS attack one of Jake's planets. but that failed he thought the fact that both the CIS and the Republic fighting him would slow his Conquest. but that all went wrong as Jake Allied himself with Republic and he couldn't do anything to stop it. if he tried every one would vote him off the Senate. since he was Naboo's senator he wouldn't even be able to vote as a new Senator was chosen. the only thing that still going right is the command chip in the clones.

POV Jake

Jake, is on one of the 501st ships as he is working with Anakin to take an important droid Factory from the separatists none of his summons are with him as he trusts Anakin won't do anything stupid. Right now they are talking about the plan of action. Jake just says " I'm going to land by the Factory by myself unless someone wishes to accompany me in attacking the Factory "

Anakin heard that and found it suspicious since a week ago Jake was allied with the CIS. He would have Ahsoka watch over him to make sure he doesn't do anything but he knows Jake is a powerful Sith and could kill her. Anakin is not taking that chance so he said " I will accompany you with my Padawan "

Anakin was curious about how powerful Jake is and is trying to see his abilities the reason he is bringing Ahsoka with them is so she can see what a Sith can do in a safe environment

Jake looked at him and gave a questioning look but nodded and says " Will that be everyone joining me "No one said anything so Jake turned to a clone and asked "When will we arrive at the planet " The clone said "In 4 hours sir "

After everyone went to do their things Anakin walked up to Jake and asked "Is it possible to learn the way of the Sith from you " Jake hearing that made him mentally smirk and ended up saying " If you want to learn I'm fine with teaching you about the dark side of the Force and the Sith way "

Jake continued by saying "Let's start with the Sith code Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. That is the Sith code I will give you a week to tell me what each part means as your first lesson "

Nearby Ansoka was listening to the conversation between her master and the Sith and was horrified by what she heard. why was her master asking to be taught the way of the Sith? even though she knows it was not as bad as she was told at the Jedi Academy. She was torn should she tell the High Council and betray her master. or ask Anakin why he wants to learn and not tell the masters about this.

Ahsoka was so caught in her thoughts she didn't notice that Anakin left the room. She then heard Jake say "Well look at this a Padawan not knowing what to do on one end she should tell the Jedi Council about what they heard but they would be betraying the one who taught them or she could turn a blind eye and forget what she heard "

Ahsoka was frozen as she was caught but came up with a fast response by saying "You forgot the third option I follow my master's footsteps" Jake was surprised by that as he believed she would have just stayed quiet and not told anyone about what she heard.

Jake said "Well that's a surprise I can also teach you if you wish " Ahsoka was now worried as she only said that to make herself look tough but couldn't back down now so she said "That would be great if you can help " Jake just says " Do the same thing your master is doing do I have to repeat the code for you, " Ahsoka says " I Remember so no need "

After that whole thing was out of the way Jake went to the Bridge as they should be arriving soon as it's been two hours as soon as he entered the 501st exited hyperspace he then hears someone saying "Everyone Battle Stations prepare for battle " while People are running by him he looks out the Bridge and sees 3 gun platforms with no ships. that is good news.
