Slight Surprise

Winter has passed, and spring has come.

In the blink of an eye, the scorching heat and cold autumn have passed, and Dayu Mountain is covered with a layer of white snow again.

The boulder trembled violently, and countless small pebbles

scattered to  the sky.

He finishes his exercise, but the boulder, where he struck, had a few shattered spots, and a clearly visible palm print.

Looking at the traces left by him, Zephyroth slowly exhales, his eyes calm, and he has already considered in his heart, "As I thought, in the end, I still need to cultivate the Mental Technique before focusing on physical strength "

As he spoke, his consciousness has already gathered in his mind.

During this period, after he researched thoroughly how to

practice body cultivation and with the help of the system, he found a better way and so  this new subsection suddenly appeared in the attribute interface.

As for this, he  guessed that it should be because his understanding of the Origin body technique was already sufficient, so even though he hadn't started cultivating it yet due to its harsh restrictions, it still showed up in the martial arts interface.

Therefore with this already known information, he just took a glance and moved on directly, his eyes returning to the realm level.

After practicing for so long, Zephyroth gradually came to understand the various realms of cultivation

According to the information he knew so far and the various  cultivation realm in this world should be divided into two major aspects, Body cultivation and Mental cultivation

The body cultivation focuses on mainly constructing the pathways for the easiest flow of Qi, and the more meridian one opens, the more one becomes accomplished in cultivation

The so-called inner strength, according to the book, is the energy produced from the body after absorbing energy from the world

This thing is elusive, seeming real and unreal, it is formless and yet can resonate with life.

Therefore, some people call it 'Qi'.

In a human body, there exist 12 main meridian

Meridians are channels that direct the flow of energy through specific pathways of the body. Think of it like a superhighway the energy in your body uses to move about your organ systems. Picture a body divided in half from top to bottom. Each side of the body is traversed by six meridians: three yin and three yang.

As these meridians slowly become unblocked, the cultivators's Inner Strength increases, and the realm gradually improves.

But unlike others, Zephyroth couldn't normally practice body cultivation due to his special physique and so meridians were non existent to him

His body functions in a way that when he absorbs energy from the surrounding but  it all disappeared in an instant as if there was an Abyss devouring it

Unlike the body, his soul was unique in that after fusing with the mysterious runic symbol of hi inheritance, it developed in to something else, so technically in place of a soul, he instead has a black hole which devours energy and spits it out and thus he developed a powerful divine sense despite being only a mortal.

So when creating a pathway, he derived a template in which his heart became a recipient to the Qi he absorbs and it later transforms it in to Crimson force which enables him to posses the physical combat strength of an early foundation establishment realm cultivator

Though stronger, having crimson force is not the same as Qi, right?

"So, the key to training inner Qi is to make the soul resonate with the body, leading to profound changes, eventually integrating into 'Qi'.

When the soul and blood combine, they form 'Qi'

Therefore, those who train inner strength, when their inner strength increases, their body is robust and their spirit is abundant, when the inner strength declines, they become weak and

That's why in the cultivation world, some people become sick and weak after their inner strength is wasted, and die prematurely in a short time.

And some people, when their inner strength is exhausted, lose their soul and blood, and die instantly."

Sighing Zephyroth stopped his exercise and went to take a bath

Later Tianlan arrived

"Brother are you ready for the show" he said while smirking

Looking at Tianlan, Zephyroth eyes briefly shone with a crimson light for a few seconds but at thesame time, Tianlan's expression changed as he quickly said a few obscure words before I could further glimpse further
