Introduction

"Hello, my name is Osamu Miya and I'm suffering from sleep paralysis," Osamu says in front of the mirror. Today will be his first day going to therapy after a year of suffering from it.

Osamu didn't know what to expect. He has never been in therapy. At least not that he knows, so he doesn't know what to expect.

Maybe it's like AA meetings from films, but individually? Or maybe you sit in front of the therapist like in the principal's office?

Someone video chats him, finally distracting him from the train of thoughts. It's his twin brother. He knows that Osamu will go to therapy, however, he doesn't know why. Osamu didn't want to tell him and Atsumu respected that. He knew he wasn't ready yet, but always made sure to be there for him if Osamu decided to tell him one day.

Osamu picks up the phone, answering it

"Hey, 'Samu!"

"Hey, 'Sumu"

"How you're feeling? Excited? Nervous?"

"I guess I'm a little nervous"

"Oh, that's normal. Just make sure not to get too anxious"

"I'll keep that in mind"

"Hey what time is it for you in New York?"

"Oh it's 1 AM"

"WHAT. Why are you not sleeping yet?"

"I don't feel like it, "Atsumu pouts

"Well, you better start feeling like it! You have work today"

"Omi-Omi said I can come a little later. The inspectors for the place are coming today"

"I wonder what they will find under your stuff. Probably cockroaches," Osamu said as he puts on his sneakers and heads out 

"I'm not that dirty! Plus Omi-kun always goes through my stuff. You know what kind of clean freak he is. Doesn't even let me touch him"

"I wouldn't let you touch me too"

"PfFt. I should have eaten you in the womb when I had a chance, would save me a headache"

"I'm offended you think I wouldn't eat you first"

Atsumu pouts again. Something moved in the corner of the screen and caught Osamu's attention. That something moved around and hugged Atsumu. It was another girl Atsumu brought back to his house, and yes, you guessed it, she was naked.

"Is that?"

"She's just my friend"

"And why is she naked in your bed?"

"We had a party at my house..."

"And then you started making out?"

"Sort of..."

"Atsumu you can't forget your feelings for Sakusa by fucking everyone he dates"

"Well, then what is left to me?! Watch how he falls in love with someone else and not do anything?!"

"He won't like you like this either, so you might stop acting like an idiot and confess to him"

"He won't like me at all, so how about you don't stick your nose where you don't need?"

The two boys stayed silent before Osamu hangs up.

He didn't want to annoy his brother. In the end, he's the only one that is listening to his ranting. They have always been there for each other, since childhood, but lately, their relationship has hit a wall. It's different, even though they still make an effort to be there for each other.

Atsumu hopelessly fell in love with his CEO and tries to break up all of his relationships, while sometimes forgetting that his boss might not even be attracted to guys as he only dated girls so far.

And Osamu is single, hasn't moved out, and is a manager of a local well-known onigiri shop, currently trying to hide his problems as he thinks it's some weird fetish that will go away soon.

Both of them were in their own worlds and yet both of them tried to keep in contact.

Soon Osamu reaches the building where his therapy was supposed to be.

Osamu swallows the ball in his throat and opens the door, slightly anxious.
