Hirvan had become a two-timer!
For several days, Hirvan didn't catch even a glimpse of Fu Yan, not a text, not a call, not even the faintest shadow passing by in the hallway. At first, he was delighted by his absence, grateful to avoid any awkward encounters that might bring up memories of their last interaction.
However, as time passed on, his relief transformed into irritation. How dare Fu Yan ghost him like this? Who did he think he was, disappearing without a word? Fu Yan was supposed to be tutoring him, for heaven's sake! Even Fu Yan's friend was nowhere to be found.
Sitting at his desk in his room, Hirvan clenched his pen so tightly that his knuckles turned white.
"Fine," he muttered under his breath, "if he wants to vanish, then so be it."
He was done caring about Fu Yan. The thought of the boy's sudden and mysterious disappearance had tormented him, but he pushed it aside, determined not to let it bother him any further.
