Theo halted and then looked at Rio. "I need to go home early because something came up." He replied, putting his eyes on the book he was reading.
After hearing this, Rio pouted and then she pulled a chair and sat across the guy. "Can I come?" she asked with a small voice while twirling his pigtails.
The guy wanted to but today he wanted to visit Neal. He felt like he was very behind from what was happening around him. He was very comfortable that his responsibility as the hero of this city was nearly neglected.
