novel about the holocaust

A really good story, completely without the usual antics of the DC verse. I liked how it really destroyed the "talking is a free thing" and "Victimless Holocaust" tropes. Keep it up (or get even better).

I cannot read this story anymore due to finding it too much of a tragedy. The poor 'witches'. The thing that got me to stop reading was when I realised each witch protection stone originated from a witch caught and processed by the church. That's a holocaust. Add in a couple witches spared and brainwashed by the church dubbed pure witches. Sorry i'll rather read Reverend Insanity because he's could never be so monstrous.

Historical fiction and Informative reality of WWII scenarios. Although the main characters are fictitious the essence of the story is historically adapted in the real WWII scenario during the time of Hitler's occupation of Europe. Likewise, the grim reality of the holocaust and the ordeal to death of the Jews in the concentration camps are horribly described and some scenarios such as the death of Rommel and Heydrich that really transpired in the past. The story, however injected the characters' depiction of their mission that are associated with daring escapade and the pursuit of the Gestapo on the train to Italy until they reach Albania.
