Like the Literal Translation/meaning ie the kanji on top, but translated. Then the katakana in its translated form, but would be as romanji. This author uses a lot of katakana to have the words in engrish so that would be what they actually say. The original text the kanji was on bottom and katakana on top. so the Job literally is Slavemancer and that is how it is pronounced too.
