World Zero: Tale of Jack

A nameless man awakens in a world he does not recognize, inheriting the life of a dead dock worker. With no past, no identity, and no place in this unfamiliar world, he must decide what kind of life he will build from the remains of another’s. This is the first draft version of the story. The writing quality is lower than the planned final version that will be rewritten after this draft is completed. Read with that in mind. Note: 1st – Starting from chapter 27 onward, I will write the plot with more summarized events, minimal dialogue, and fewer internal thoughts. Once that draft is done, I can focus on fleshing out the characters, environment, and other details. 2nd – After chapter 50, I will begin adding chapters that specifically explain the things behind the story, mostly for future reference after rewriting the whole story. I’m sure you can give it to me.” She squared her shoulders, indicating him to proceed with his request. “Just a kiss,” the man said, his charcoal eyes became darker. She almost fell from her seat when she heard the man’s request. She looked at the man’s lips unconsciously then back to the book. This is the first time I've read such a well-written RDR fanfic. Amazing work! Keep it up! I've read a couple of RDR fanfics before, and they all had the same problem: the story would get stuck. The authors would get bogged down in canon and it would become monotonous. If I wanted to reread what happened in RDR2, I'd just go replay the game. This story, however, is the complete opposite. It makes what everyone already has in mind a reality. It changes the canon in a positive and intelligent way.
