A bit disappointing. I thought the story would be about having Escanor's power in the apocalypse. I'm 21 chapters in and the only parallel is he uses and axe. I'm curious if he even gets his powers. It's a pretty short story for him to not have any power a quarter of the story in. If he doesn't get his powers in the first half of the story you should've named it. "Journey to become Escanor" instead.

Dude, you should do more research on abilities, Escanor's grace Sunshine let's him harness energy from sun not day. The reason Escanor becomes weak at night because Sunshine is the ability of Mael a goddess clan member and Escanor's mortal body cannot handle it. At night Sunshine user is at his weakest form means he has no buff from the ability and is at his base power. MC in your fic is not a mortal human but Asgardian, at night his strength should be what a normal Asgardian would have(if he never trained in his life to get stronger and only relies on his sunshine ability, which in my opinion is pathetic). Other than this diffence in opinion with MC's ability. This fic is great👍.

At first I thought it would be a good fanfic but it was far from my expectations. The author didn't know about sunshine abilities and making up sh*t. It was never mentioned that Escanor has to absorb the power from the sun. Escanor power grow as the sun rise and keep on going stronger until his peak at the high noon. It doesn't matter even if he doesn't get bathed in sun as long as the sun is up his ability sunshine will still work. If you want to argue about Escanor save up his power from what chapter i forgot, it was a mistranslation. Also the grammar, there were so many mistakes. I know there were some people who can't differentiate between your and you're, but this is the first time I've ever seen someone mistake we're for where.
