It is a very enjoyable novel. An ordinary urban youth accidentally enters an ancient cemetery where the gods and demons of the East and the West are buried. Here, the remains of countless ancient immortals and demons are frozen, and the ancient magic treasures buried with them are also frozen, as well as the mysterious inheritance left by the immortals and demons!

A peculiar novel with a cool concept, MMD is definitely worth a read, if you can manage to forget what happens in every other chapter. Honestly the amount of logic leaps necessary for this novel to make sense is tremendous. As an example, in one chapter the MC and a normal girl move 10 tons of meat into a truck. Barehanded. Without any machinery. Over the course of one day. AS NORMAL PEOPLE. Does everyone have super strength and I'm just weak? The author uses the excuse that they cut up the meat into hundreds of pieces but that's still moving 100 kgs of meat 100 times, or 50 times each. I don't know about you, but to me that's not something a random weak guy can do, with or without another person. And we know he's a weak guy cause he runs 100m in 20 seconds, which is super slow. His unbelievable feat is further emphasised when two paranormals get tired doing pretty much the exact same thing. Overall, logic leaps are the meat of this story, and mistakes in translation are it's blood. It's bone is that the premise is actually unique and interesting, and despite all of its' mistakes, (of which there are plenty) MMD is a worthwhile read for those who can ignore all of that.
