The novel is overall well written. The biggest issue I have with it is that the mc has zero/very little impact on the story. Captain America’s story went exactly as it did in the movie same for iron man 1 at which point I left it

It's abandoned already, but I think it's a good idea to voice why it probably is. This fic doesn't know where it wants to go. It starts in the time of the first iron man movie, then randomly jumps through time to the captain america one in WW2. No tangible connection. It was very promising and will hopefully be rewritten more cohesively in the future.

In the movie from the first scene itself, which was a follow up of Thor: Ragnarok, Thanos was seen overpowering Thor, beating the crap out of Hulk within seconds, killing Heimdall and massacring Loki. Later, he came across the Guardians of The Galaxy, a bunch of other superheroes including Spider-Man, Iron Man, Star-Lord, Drax, Mantis, Doctor Strange and Nebula at Titan. And towards the end others like Captain America, Black

Only three chapters into the story has made it beyond evident that this is the work of a rising star of contemporary writing. The novel is about Henry, a man who walks. And oh boy does he walk well. If you think about walking - it is now synonimous to Henry. His pace is perfect.
