There were many types of ships on the sea, with different functions and characteristics. There were two ways to launch the ship, the sliding rail method and the dock water method. The sliding rail method was more common. After the construction of a large ship was completed, the fixing device was removed and the bottom was lifted to the slide that was covered with special grease. After the anti-slip device was removed, the ship entered the water by its own gravity. This method was divided into horizontal and vertical. Horizontal entry was more common, but in the vertical entry method, besides the grease, there were also steel balls, roller air bags, etc. However, this method was more suitable for ships with limited overall weight and not suitable for large ships. The dock flooding method was to open the dock to let water in after the construction was completed. Then, the ship would be lifted up by the buoyancy of the water, and then it would be driven out of the dock along the waterway. In terms of ship management, there were strict rules for different sailing areas, such as river boats and sea boats. The bottom of the ship was flat and the draft was shallow. Most of the ships used a simple flat-bottom structure with both sides almost vertical. This structure increased the loading space but affected the stability. The manufacturing materials were mostly ordinary carbon steel, and the surface was sprayed with general anti-rust paint. Moreover, inland navigation mainly relied on visual and experience. The captain determined the course by observing the landmarks on both sides of the river and identifying the navigation route. The requirements for the inland river captain's navigation professional knowledge were relatively low. The ship's keels were deep in the water, and the bottom and sides were curved, effectively reducing the resistance of the sea. It could also maintain a relatively stable position in the wind and waves. The captain of the ship needed to be proficient in astronomical navigation, master meteorology knowledge, and many other professional knowledge. At least ten years of sailing experience and systematic professional training were needed to be competent. River ships would face many risks when entering the sea. For example, in 2018, the inland river cargo ship "Xiangxiang Yin Huo 0410" entered the sea. When it encountered strong turbulent weather, the ship was destroyed due to its design defects, lack of maritime navigation qualification, incomplete life-saving equipment, and communication equipment not suitable for the sea environment. From the perspective of sovereignty-related incidents, in the waters of Huangyan Island in the South China Sea, ships from the philippines repeatedly intruded into China's territorial waters to provoke. For example, on December 4, 2024, the philippines sent coast guard ships 9701 and 4409 and official ships 3002 and 3003 to illegally intrude into the waters near Huangyan Island. Among them, official ship 3003 ignored the warning and deliberately made dangerous moves to deliberately collide with China's coast guard ship 3302. On August 25,2024, the philippine ship 3002 illegally intruded into the waters near Xianbin Reef in China's Spratly Islands and deliberately collided with China's coast guard ship 21551, which was normally in law enforcement, causing a collision. China's coast guard will control the provocative ships of the philippines in accordance with the law. In addition, there were cruise ships like the Royal Caribbean Cruise. The interior facilities were like a small moving city on the sea. There were multi-storey buildings, many restaurants, and other facilities for tourists to entertain, rest, and eat. The novel " Hundred Years of Spaceship " is equally exciting. Everyone is welcome to click and read it!

Blood vessels on jade referred to the appearance of veins similar to blood vessels on the surface of the jade. There could be several reasons: 1. ** Internal structure of the jade **: The internal structure of the jade may cause a phenomenon similar to blood vessels. 2. ** External environmental factors **: The external environment will affect the jade and cause the blood veins to appear. 3. ** Flaws in the jade processing progress **: Flaws in the jade processing process may cause blood vessels. 4. ** Wearing for a long time **: When the jade is in contact with the skin for a long time, substances such as grease and sweat will gradually seep into the tiny gaps of the jade, forming blood veins. 5. ** chemical reaction (for specific jade bracelets)**: For example, the jade bracelet worn by the neighbor's grandmother for more than 70 years has blood veins. It may be caused by the chemical reaction between the iron element and the jade when there are cracks. 6. ** Formation of Traditional Blood Jade (Legend)**: Legend has it that the formation of blood jade is related to burial customs. It is used as a jade-holding jade and stuffed into people's mouths. If a person just passed away and stuffed it in, the jade would fall into the throat and be surrounded by dense blood vessels. The blood infiltration would make the jade covered with blood-like veins. In addition, the blood vessels on the jade did not necessarily mean that the value of the jade would decrease. Some jades with special blood veins may have a high collection value because of their unique beauty. The key lies in whether the blood veins are beautiful and natural, as well as the overall quality of the jade. When the jade pendant had blood veins, if the blood veins were fine and natural, and complemented the overall pattern, then such a jade pendant might be more ornamental and collectible. However, if the blood vessels were too obvious and affected the integrity of the jade, its value might be affected. Read more exciting novels for free
