Wearing glasses, tense, distractedWearing glasses could cause one to be tense and distracted for many reasons.
First, the frame
1. ** The size is not suitable **
- If the frame was too small, it would cause excessive pressure on the head, just like wearing a pair of small shoes, which would make people feel tight and uncomfortable.
- The shape of the frame may also affect it. For example, some special-shaped frames may not match the contours of the face, resulting in a local pressure, causing the head to feel tight.
2. ** Inappropriate adjustment of frame **
- If the angle of the temple was not appropriate, it might overly clamp the two sides of the head, making the head feel tight. For example, if the angle of the temple was too large or too small, it would affect the comfort of wearing it.
- The position and pressure of the nose pad were not suitable. If the position of the nose pad was too high or too low, or if the pressure on the bridge of the nose was too great, it would cause overall discomfort in the head and distract attention.
2. Lenses
1. ** Degree problem **
- Inaccurate lenses, such as too high or too low, would affect the effect of vision correction and cause eye fatigue, which may cause tension in the head and distraction. The brain needed to constantly adapt to this unclear or overly corrected visual effect, increasing the burden on the brain.
2. ** Atoric correction problem **
- If the degree of refraction is not corrected accurately or the axis of the refraction is deviated, the shape of the object may be deformed when looking at things. The eyes will be more tired in order to adapt to this distortion, resulting in the head being tight and it is difficult to concentrate.
III. Problems of adaptation
1. ** Getting used to new glasses **
- If the glasses were new, the eyes and brain would need some time to adapt to the new visual environment. During this adaptation process, there might be discomfort such as a tight head and distraction.
If this happens, you can try the following solutions:
1. ** Adjusting frame **
- He went to the optician's shop and asked the professional to adjust the frame, including the angle of the temple and the position of the nose pad, to reduce the pressure on the head.
2. ** Checking the power of the lenses **
- Go to a regular optician or an eye hospital to re-check if the lenses are suitable. If there is a problem, change the lenses in time.
3. ** Getting used to new glasses **
- If it was a new pair of glasses, wear them for a longer period of time to give the eyes and brain enough time to adapt to the new visual effects.

The recommendation of the novel that is distracted ends.I recommend "Haunted House Night Talks." The author refuses to make false statements. This was a collection of horror short stories, also known as " Full of Nonsense." Each story was not long, and the book was composed of multiple stories. Although it did not have a direct impact like movies and games, the writing was good, with a touch of sadness and horror. Some stories had some small flaws but could be justified. The one that left a deep impression was Invisible Man. The overall evaluation was quite good. He could tell the ghost story in a heartwarming way. It's best not to look at it when you're alone at night, but you can try it if your nerves are hard enough or you want to cool off. The recommendation index is four stars.
" A Record of Falsehood " was not bad either. It was a mystery detective novel written while drunk. The female protagonist, Ning Zhao, had a special identity. She was a demon vanquisher and had no CP. It was presented as a unit story with various spells and allusions. Although the main storyline is weak and there are some flaws in the ending, the atmosphere is well created and the characters are vivid. In my heart, it doesn't lose to Onmyoji.
There was also " God of Wear ", a science fiction space novel written by You You Ruoshui. The female protagonist, Xi Ning, traveled through various planes. She had no golden fingers. The system cheated her. Even though the author's book was prone to collapse in the second half, this one was still alright. The writing style was average, but the plot was attractive. The recommendation index was four stars.
