The new format of the KPL annual finals was divided into three stages: the group arena, the break out, and the knockout stage. The group arena was divided into two groups according to the annual points. The top six teams would enter the master group, and the teams ranked seventh to twelfth would enter the elite group. Each team in the master group would accept challenges from all teams in the elite group. The top four teams in the Master Division would directly enter the knockout stage and skip the Breakout Tournament. The same was true for the top team in the Elite Division. In the group arena stage, all teams in the master group had to ensure that the eight players on the player list played at least one small game in each match. There was no such requirement for the elite group. For this reason, the KPL Alliance had added a loan window between the end of the summer tournament and the start of the annual finals. Teams in the Masters Division could use this to rent players from teams that were not eligible to participate in the annual finals. In the Breakout Competition, the last two of the Master Group and the second to fifth place of the Elite Group would draw lots to fight against each other according to certain rules. The single-loss competition system of BO7 would be used. The three losers would be eliminated, and the three winners would obtain the last three knockout spots. During the knockout stage, the eight teams would draw lots to determine the first round's grouping. A double-elimination system would be used, which meant that each team would have a revival armor. The final KPL annual finals would be a battle between the champion of the winner's group and the loser's group. Therefore, the authenticity of the twenty new rules could be confirmed.

Starting from 2024, the new regulations of the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education stipulated that international students may face three results after completing the academic certification: one is that the certification is successful and the certification certificate is successfully obtained; the second is that the certification is temporarily failed and a notice of temporary rejection is received, but a second review can be applied according to the requirements; the third is that the certification is not accepted. There were 11 situations in which international students received the "Notice of Injections", including: applying for certification of secondary school diploma and other non-higher education level diploma certificates; The certificate of graduation (completion) obtained from applying for certification to participate in foreign language training or other non-academic education courses; The research experience certificate and post-doctor research certificate of the visiting scholar who applied for certification; The pre-university certificate issued by the foreign higher education institution or other higher education institution applied for certification; To apply for the certification of honorary titles outside the country (territory) and honorary degree certificates without corresponding learning or research experience; To apply for the certification of various practicing qualification certificates outside the country (territory); The certificate applied for certification does not belong to the other circumstances of the foreign academic degree certificate referred to in the relevant measures; The applicants have not passed the identification verification; The applicants have failed to provide the application materials as required; The applicants have repeatedly submitted the certification application for no reason; Other circumstances that should not be accepted. Among them, the two situations where the applicants failed to provide the application materials as required and repeatedly submitted the certification application for no reason were the most likely to lead to the "rejection notice". The materials required for academic qualification certification were many and complicated. Any missing materials would lead to the failure of certification. Therefore, before applying, it was necessary to carefully check the list of application materials to ensure that they were not missed or submitted repeatedly. In addition, if international students still used remote learning after the spring semester of 2023, the diploma certificate they obtained would not be certified by the Education Service Center, which may lead to "insufficient entry and exit time" and failure of certification. If you want to go through academic degree certification, it is a voluntary application. As long as the application materials are complete, you can apply at any time. The authentication steps were as follows: First, log on to the official website of the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education (Http://zwfw.cscse.edu.com), click on the top right corner to log in to register for the account. After registration, return to the homepage and click "Online application"; then click "Add certification application" to verify the real person.(A total of three steps, complete according to the instructions on the page). After authentication, click "Completed real person authentication, obtain entry and exit records"; then fill in personal information, school information and learning experience (degree information should be accurately filled in according to the contents of the graduation certificate, if there is distance learning, it should be truthfully filled in), add other learning experience (information should be continuous with the time of certification); then upload the materials in turn; finally, after checking that there is no error, submit the application and pay the fee (reference price is 360 RMB). Under normal circumstances, you can get the certification results in 10 - 15 working days. During the certification process, there may be situations where you need to submit relevant materials. A notification will be sent to your mobile phone/email. You can log in to the system through the [User Center] on the top right corner of the homepage and check the application that is being certified in the "My application". The certification application for supplementary materials will have a "supplementary material" button. After clicking it, you can follow the instructions to supplement the materials.
