Its hind limbs and ilium were strong, and its feet accounted for a large proportion of its body weight. It had excellent vision, a developed sense of smell, and the strongest bite force of all land animals (up to 50,000 N or more). Its fossils were widely found in the North American continent. Tyrannosaurus Rex vs Gigantic Tyrannosaurus RexThere were many aspects of comparison between the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Gigantic Dragon.
- ** In terms of body size **:
- The largest known Tyrannosaurus Rex, Scotty, was about 13 meters long and weighed 8.8 tons (2019 data). There were also data saying that its largest body length was more than 14 meters, its heaviest was 14.85 tons, its average height was close to 14 meters, and its weight was about 9 tons.
- The Gigantic Tyrannosaurus was 12 - 13 meters long, and its largest body was estimated to weigh about 7.2 tons (data from 2021). There were also data showing that its largest body length was 13.8 meters, and its largest body weight was 10.52 tons. The largest specimen seen was between 11.9 - 13 meters, and its weight could reach about 13 tons.
- ** Bite force **:
- Tyrannosaurus Rex's bite force was 35000 - 57000 Newtons (2012 data, equivalent to 3.5 - 5.7 tons of weight). Some data even said that its bite force could reach up to 200,000 Newtons.
- Due to the incomplete preservation conditions of the Gigantic Tyrannosaurus, the bite force was questionable, but overall, it was weaker than the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
- ** Jaw opening range **:
- The Overlord Dragon could open its jaws up to 80 degrees.
- The Gigantic Dragon's jaw could open up to nearly 90 degrees, and its attack range was larger than the Overlord Dragon's.
- ** Teeth **:
- The bite force and teeth structure of the Tyrannosaurus Rex helped to prevent the prey from breaking free and crushing the bones of the prey.
- On the other hand, the southern almighty dragon was more skilled at creating fatal cuts.
- [Vision]:
- Tyrannosaurus Rex had a clear forward vision, which helped to accurately determine the distance of its prey.
- The Gigantic Dragon's forward vision was not good, so it mainly relied on its side vision to expand its search range.
- ** Other aspects **:
- Tyrannosaurus Rex had a tight and sturdy skull, a larger brain capacity, and relatively thicker limbs and bones.
- The Gigantic Wyrm was faster than the Overlord Wyrm.
In terms of overall hardware conditions, the Tyrannosaurus Rex had a slight advantage. However, if the two of them really fought, the combat experience and luck of both sides were also very important. In addition, if a group of Gigantic Dragons attacked a Tyrannosaurus Rex (assuming that Gigantic Dragons were social creatures), the Tyrannosaurus Rex might be at a disadvantage.
