Whether the submission had a certificate or not depended on the specific situation. For example, in some essay competitions, such as essay competitions for primary and secondary school students, corresponding certificates would be given according to different awards, including honorary certificates, excellent instructor certificates, etc. The winning works might also be included in the publication. In the mathematical modeling challenge, different levels of awards (national first prize, second prize, third prize, successful participation prize, etc.) could obtain a paper certificate with an official seal. However, most domestic magazines did not issue certificates for thesis submission. Only a few journals would issue certificates. Some certificates might charge production fees, while others could be given away for free. Moreover, when publishing a thesis for professional title evaluation, certificates were not necessary materials. The page of the article being published and the page being searched were more important. In addition, there was no mention of whether there was a certificate or not in the clothing submission.
