Ursus Wehrli, born in 1969, is a Swiss artist. He used to be a comedy actor, and his troupe, Ursus Nadsky Anarchist Troupe, was once very popular. He was a very eccentric anarchist, gentle and polite on the outside, but rebellious on the inside. He had once thrown himself into prison to escape military service. His living and family situation was also rather special. He lived in a public community called "Power Plant" in the old industrial area in the west of Zürich. Public facilities were shared in the community, and even food and vehicles were shared. He lived here with his cohabiting partner and the son of his ex-wife. Ursus had an extraordinary obsessive-compulsive disorder, and he expressed it in his artistic creation. His tidying art originated from an American artist Donald Baechler's color block painting on the wall of his home. The messy color blocks inspired his desire to tidy up. After he reorganized this work, he began his Tidying Up Art creation, extending his "claws" to the "chaotic" modern art. He also applied for a patent for the art of tidying at the Swiss patent association. In addition, he and Nadeja Seeger formed the duo "Ursus and Nadeshkin" for 17 years and toured around the world.
