I'm annoyed because the author mixed up the Pokémon's name and its nickname in one chapter! Just one, and I gave up. Use the nickname for dialogue only! Not in filler. There's one paragraph where the MC's Pokémon and its nickname are in the same paragraph, and it's in chapter one. So freaking confusing, and now people have to remember their nicknames just to figure out which Pokémon is being referred to.
