What have gathered is; Nivera is an ancient witch, based on the story's description. She adopted Russel whom she saved in one of he chapters. Then we jump years later where other witches hunt children I don't know for what reason and Russel is just trying to find Agari who is presumably dead. Ithink the story has a good background and promises a lot of development and I'm loving the characters so far, especially the guardian that is presented as this important entity but he's just a silly little boy, and Faolan. l'm super invested in his abilities. I'm still not sure about Cirrus even though he's supposed to be their leader, he seems to lack confidence, and we haven't seen him in a real fight. And the prince and princes cut on a Cliffhanger and an introduction to a puppet that could potentially be his own person which is super cool

Pardon my wrong grammar as it is not my first language. I don't do reviews on books, however, I hope this review would, even a little bit give encouragement to the author to continue the story. First I really like the book and the story it is a shame that it is currently on hiatus. Spoiler Alert! The writing quality is very good and immersible, the comedic undertones of the story are done well and are not forced. I also like that the romance is done slowly and step by step. I admit that the romance in my own opinion only was a little cheesy but still okay. It is currently on hiatus, yes, but I started reading this fanfic when it was still on its 112th - 130ish chapters(Yup I reread this a few times, that's how good this fanfic is), and the release of chapters was good. Story development in my opinion is done well actually, but I think it could have done better. I observe that most of the complaints of this novel were on the fact that, how MC was gifted and was given cheats by God to only lose twice. But critics, if you would have given it more thought then you should have understood that - First, basketball is a team sport, and one of the main concepts of kuroko no basket, and what I think the path the author would like to go. Second, his talent has still not reached its full potential. Third, there are 5 S-class basketball players vs only him which the author also considered on the same talent level as the 5 miracles or slightly above. Also, the miracles were also smarter and much more hardworking in the fictiononlyreader universe because of the existence of Shun, so as hateful and annoying a defeat route is I think it is pretty reasonable. Finally, the story would not be fun if he would only keep winning and in MY opinion would destroy the development route of Shun which only happened because he was defeated. So how can it be better? First, as much as I like the book it wouldn't be fair if I would only sing praises and not provide honest criticism. Again in MY opinion I think the story should have provided more emphasis and attention to the training of the 5 miracles, their hardships, and character development. The author has done well and actually implemented this style, but I thought it was slightly lacking as it only highlighted their sudden growth in talent. Second, it is just me nitpicking but I thought that the reincarnation cliche was done a little better, like rather than meeting God it would just be him being reborn with natural talent and blessed perception and slowly discovering the nature of his ability. This route would also avoid those nitpickers who keep saying "MC is gifted by GOD by cheats, MC should be OP". Character Design - Amazing couldn't have done it better, the mc has a personality and feels alive. Furthermore what I like about the MC is that he has a lot of possibilities for character development from his losses (Again why I think the losses were important), will he still have hope in his teammates despite his defeats or will he suffer another defeat (please no T_T) and turn into an Aomine style personality who will ball hog to victory. Furthermore, just before the hiatus, I can already foresee that Shun is at a crossroads with a street sign in the middle written on it is Left-Teamwork or Right-Russel Westbrook his way to victory(just my analysis). In addition, the MC is not only the one with a vivid personality, every character has their own colors and are not bland NPCs, gag chapters are done naturally and not force, supporting characters were given an effort to contribute to the story as spectators xD so for me, it was a plus (Rip Soma hope you have more screentime next time). World Background - Creative and full of surprises, this is not just a kuroko no basket universe but your favorite character from another anime might appear in a cameo appearance. Overall the world is colorful and not bland and immersive. Finally, this is just me ranting and not part of the review whatsoever. I would like to say that for a long time I have noticed that rather than constructive criticism, most of the comments are just bashing from unable to get what they want. Please if you would like to give your opinion use polite words and give a spoiler heads up as to not destroy possible readers' opinions about the book. This is a toxic behavior not only affecting the author but the entire webnovel community. I sincerely hope many would recommend to webnovel to consider adding toxicity to reportable offenses because as I said it not only affects the author and the book's image but also promoting toxic behavior on the internet. Please consider as some comments are borderline cyberbullying and spam. This is not only for this fanfic but for every story posted on webnovel. Your toxicity is ruining the immersive atmosphere of the stories. Thank you if I have changed your mind.
